CRNA Qualifications
- Active CRNA certification and Board Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Open to CRNAs with or without a Massachusetts nursing license
- Ability to provide two professional references (one must be a physician)
CRNA Responsibilities
- Deliver general anesthesia care as an integrated member of the anesthesia team under medical supervision
- Manage a diverse case load across specialties: transplant, ENT, trauma neurosurgery, cardiac, orthopedics, and more
- Collaborate with a large, culturally diverse team of healthcare providers
- Provide perioperative care across seven clinical sites, including hospitals and ambulatory centers
- Participate in flexible scheduling with no on-call responsibilities
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Note: Regional anesthesia procedures are performed by physicians
