The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow-up measures. Translates complex medical terminology to ensure complete understanding.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about any non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy diet and exercise, disease prevention, and/or other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients and families/caregivers for future self-management.

• Graduate of accredited nursing school, ADN or BSN required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation,
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required. Current AHA ACLS to be obtain within 90 days of hire; NIH Stroke training to be completed successfully within 90 days of hire; TNCC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire. ENPC REQUIRED within 6 months of hire. PALS is Preferred.
• 1-year minimum ER experience preferred.

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist is required to utilize sterile techniques, if necessary, operate complex imaging equipment and assist physicians as necessary. Continuing education, learned skills and experience will be utilized. This position will function without constant supervision to produce superior quality imaging studies. The Multi-Modality Technologist must routinely work within a minimum of two qualifying modalities as directed by department managers/supervisors to meet the specific needs of the department. Performs all duties relating to the specific primary an d post primary imaging modalities in which they are working. This includes Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound. Mammography & Bone Densitometry.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JCERT) program.
• Required License: ARRT registered and hold post primary certification in a minimum of 1 additional qualifying discipline in which exams will be performed in the role of Multi-Modality Technologist OR must obtain registry and have current certification on credentialing website for specified imaging modality within specific timeframe as follows; a. CT 6-9 months, b. Mammography 12 months, c. MRI 12-18 months Completes requirements for CEU for re-certification. BLS certified.
• Required Experience: Previous experience in a multi-disciplined Radiology Department.
• Preferred Experience: Two years previous experience in an advanced discipline.

About this unit:

• Fast paced outpatient clinic low to medium acuity patients
• Recovery area for GI, Cath Lab and IR
• 20-30 cases per day
  

• 4 10-hour shifts: 07:00-1630
• Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule
• Culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff
• Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room
• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement

What you will do in this role:

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery
• Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification

Position Overview:

The Manager of Value-Based Care & Provider Performance plays a key role in advancing Network Solutions IPA’s (NSIPA) mission to support independent providers in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care. This role blends provider engagement, value-based performance management, and quality improvement across NSIPA’s multi-payer network.

This individual will collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to drive improvements in quality outcomes, utilization, and population health performance. The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, analytically strong, and comfortable navigating both strategic and operational aspects of value-based care programs

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated panel of providers, fostering strong, trust‑based relationships and ensuring high satisfaction

·      Conduct regular in‑person provider visits, delivering program updates, performance results, and operational support.

·      Lead provider onboarding and orientations, ensuring practices understand NSIPA workflows, value‑based care requirements, and available resources

·      Communicate performance expectations, care gap strategies, documentation standards, and quality improvement initiatives clearly and effectively

·      Deliver regular performance reports (quality, utilization, cost, care gaps) and translate data into actionable recommendations for providers

·      Analyze provider performance trends using claims, EHR, and payer data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas needing intervention

·      Support underperforming providers through hands‑on coaching, workflow enhancements, and targeted quality improvement plans

·      Implement and support initiatives tied to HEDIS, QARR, CAHPS, medication adherence, and transitional care requirements

·      Collaborate with Data & Analytics to develop provider-friendly insights and ensure accurate, timely performance monitoring

·      Facilitate access to EMRs, coordinate medical record requests, and support documentation accuracy for quality and audit readiness

·      Support population health and care coordination programs, including outreach initiatives and member engagement strategies

·      Participate in payer Joint Operating Committees and support contractual performance activities
