Position Responsibilities:
- Overall subject matter expert and technical lead engineer for the Mission and Safety Computers hardware for requirements development, avionics subsystem and system design, integration, subsystem/system/flight test, system verification, production/fielding, and supplier oversight
- Lead the hardware supplier design team in supporting all Tactical Fighters program needs
- Develop interface control documents describing mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces
- Perform technical problem investigation and resolution at subsystem, system, and platform integration levels
- Perform weapon capability development, implementation, and integration onto a fighter's platform
- Out brief status to internal Boeing stakeholders/leadership and external customers
- Support subsystem testing on the Mission Systems Hardware
- Support system testing in ESIL and during Flight Test
- Support Safety Critical Functional Thread Analysis efforts for the Mission Systems Hardware
- Support airworthiness efforts for hardware design, development and implementation
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Level 4: 9+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 7+ years of work-related experience with a Masters OR 3+ years of work-related experience with a PhD
- Knowledge of Military Standards/Handbook implementations – MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, etc.
- Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, functional diagrams
- Tactical Fighters platform knowledge, including subsystem and platform integration
- Experience mentoring, coaching and leading technical projects and teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
- Knowledge of Core Processing, Image/Display/Video Processing, Built-In Test Requirements, and Safety Computing

Position Summary: Responsible for the analysis of Value Based reimbursement contracts and programs to optimize organizational performance.
Utilizes technology and analytical tools to project performance on various value‐based plans.
Provides financial projections based on performance and leverages data to identify areas of opportunity.
Tracks, reconciles, and quantifies financial earnings from plan performance/earnings.
Collaborates with internal and external partners.
Dedicated role to centralize and coordinate the activities of contracted value‐based plans and GMG value‐based purchasing regulatory requirements such as the Merit‐based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) as well as various other value‐based contracts.
Education, License & Cert: Bachelor’s Degree in data analytics, healthcare, finance, or related field.
Experience: Extensive experience with Microsoft office or related database, spreadsheet, and presentation software required.
Ability to analyze and leverage detailed information to direct initiatives for performance improvement.
Experience with value‐based purchasing and/or reimbursement program implementation experience is preferred.
Experience with quality chart reviews, abstracting, and/or coding preferred.
Must organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet reporting deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and other software is required to perform job duties, such as preparing reports and developing spreadsheets.
Must maintain effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.

Provides analytical support for value‐based programs, including independently monitoring/measuring the performance of the initiatives by leveraging data from multiple internal and external sources.
Will perform analysis, summarize results, and oversee value‐based payments while adhering to established standards and processes.

Works as the subject matter expert for value‐based initiatives.
Participates in projects to ensure the directives are executed and time sensitive deadlines met.
Performs interpretation of legislative regulatory requirements frequently.

Identify areas of opportunity within Value Based Purchasing Contracts and participate, coordinate, and/or lead initiatives as appropriate for improvement.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Preconstruction to lead the planning, estimating, and strategic development of large-scale industrial and mission-critical construction projects.
Based in San Antonio, this role will oversee the full preconstruction lifecycle including cost planning, design coordination, constructability reviews, and procurement strategies for complex facilities such as data centers, advanced manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Preconstruction Leadership
- Lead the preconstruction process for large-scale industrial and mission-critical developments.
