Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail oriented Soldering Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling, soldering, and repairing circuit boards used in electronic devices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic components and possess strong attention to detail to ensure high quality workmanship and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and solder circuit boards used in electronic devices
  
• Work with components such as resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits
  
• Inspect and test circuit boards to ensure proper connections and performance
  
• Identify and troubleshoot defects or connectivity issues
  
• Follow technical diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
  
• Maintain quality control standards during the assembly process
  
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with soldering and electronic assembly preferred
  
• Familiarity with electronic components and circuit boards
  
• Ability to read technical diagrams or schematics
  
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify assembly issues
  
• Technical training or certifications in electronics is a plus
