Position SummaryThe Operator I Level 1 is responsible for filling container and labeling them. They are also responsible for following customer work standards as well as safety procedures.
Essential DutiesFollow safety rules and work safely.
Fill liquid and solid products into containers.
Label and over-pack products ready for shipping.
Follow filling and labeling work instructions as described on the Bill of Materials.
Correctly record information on the filling/labeling work order after completing the task.
Record packaging information and finished goods into RTI system.
Purge, fill and pressurize cyclotrimers.
Fill liquid and solid products into containers.
Correctly record information on the Filling/Labeling work order after completing the task.
Verifying customer work standards are being followed.
Other duties as assigned.
Success CriteriaRight First time above 95%.
0 label errors.
0 documentation error.
Fill bottles within appropriate time limits.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibility.
Required Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or G.E.D.
Able to read and understand a filling/labeling work order and instructions and carry out the work accordingly.
Preferred Education and ExperienceManufacturing experience.

Able to reach to place boxes (up to 20 lbs.) above shoulder height.
Twisting, turning to maneuver around workstation and packaging.
Hand-eye coordination sufficient to place labels on bottles and boxes accurately.
Must be able to work in hot/cold environment.
Able to wear respirator, safety shoes, goggles and/or safety glasses.
