A Nashville‑based GC is seeking a local Superintendent to oversee ground‑up and commercial construction projects throughout Middle Tennessee.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who excels in managing subcontractors, jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control
- all while staying fully local with no travel required.

Description Lead all on‑site construction activities for local commercial projects Manage subcontractors, jobsite safety, scheduling, and quality control Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams throughout project lifecycle Maintain detailed daily logs, RFIs, inspections, and progress reporting Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure work meets plans and specifications Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to company quality standards Profile 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC Background in ground‑up or interior commercial construction Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills Comprehensive understanding of scheduling, safety, and site documentation Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Ability to manage multiple phases of construction on local job sites Job Offer Competitive base salary with performance incentives Fully local position
