JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and accountable Senior Supply Planner to execute day-to-day supply and material planning activities. This person will be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving supply plans to support customer demand, operational targets, and inventory strategies. This role serves as the planning subject matter expert, driving cross-functional alignment between demand planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to ensure product availability, optimize working capital, and mitigate supply risk.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Planning & Execution
- Develop, manage, and optimize supply plans for finished goods and raw materials
- Review demand forecasts, production capacity, lead times, and constraints to generate feasible supply plans
- Issue PO’s and manage rolling 12 month production forecasts to suppliers
- Input item receipts and PO changes into NetSuite
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of supply issues, including shortages, delays, and excess inventory
- Maintain appropriate safety stock levels across DC network to balance service and cost
- Monitor inventory health, slow-moving items, and obsolescence risk; recommend corrective actions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Demand Planning, Suppliers, Sourcing, and Sales to align supply with business priorities
- Participate in S&OP, presenting supply risk, opportunities, and recommendations
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure the timeliness of supplier production to DC delivery
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, E&O / SLOB, achievement, and adherence
- Calculate and present inventory and cut projections
- Analyze trends, develop insights, and create dashboards or reports for leadership
- Support continuous improvement and planning initiatives
Other
- Serve as a planning lead in any software or EDI implementations
- Ensure integrity of related data within NetSuite (orders, BOMs, item receipts, etc.)
- Ad hoc projects and analyses as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, inventory management, or a related role, within the consumer goods industry. A combination of startup and corporate experience is highly valued.
- Understanding of E2E supply chain, and upstream/downstream impacts this role has
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Very organized and able to keep track of information communicated via various modes (emails, Slack, meetings, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in managing supply risk and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Responsible and accountable, with the ability to continuously follow up as needed

The Role We Want You For
The Senior Project Engineer will be based on the construction project site and will provide high level support to the project staff to ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion. Marketing Statement
Under general supervision, manages construction management, architectural, and engineering vendors and consultants to assure Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) development project completion. Performs project management activities including project planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration and safety management. Oversees multiple projects simultaneously and acts as primary coordinator of internal and external stakeholders; performs other related duties.
The salary range for this position is $85,157 - $106,447 annually. Placement at any specific point within the stated range is not guaranteed for any candidate. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, as well as internal equity and organizational considerations.
Qualifications
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Finance or a related field; AND five (5) or more years real property development and construction management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Possession of a Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Finance or a related field; AND seven (7) years’ experience in property development and construction management or a related field including two (2) years’ experience in public housing or another State or Federal agency is preferred.
Required Knowledge of:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Construction Manager provides direct supervision to 1–3 Construction Managers, Engineers and other employees within the Construction Division.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a combination of standard office and construction site environments; Ability to maneuver through small confined spaces; May be exposed to weather extremes.
Responsibilities
Oversees outside construction management firms and consultants to assure project completion, resource allocation, technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality control standards; Oversees inspection work at construction sites, and the work of project engineers and inspectors to ensure inspections are completed on time and required reporting is completed; Maintains project documents and files; ensures all required documents are contained in standard PHA files; Provides project accounting control; reviews and approves invoices, prepares funding requests, tracks purchase order expenditures and maintains Limited Partnership books; maintains schedule of values; Reviews and approves or rejects Task Order Modification requests from the construction manager based on the scope of work or changes requested to PHA. Supervises independent estimates and analyzes estimates versus construction manager requests; negotiates with construction manager for fair and reasonable cost of requested changes; Prepares internal and external reports as requested or required by HUD, PHA and other governmental agencies; Stays abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of construction management; Performs related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Conducts an inspection of the assigned ambulance at the beginning of each shift to ensure the ambulance is ready and safe for use.

- Ensures cleanliness and appropriate par levels of supplies in transport vehicle(s).

- Initiates department standing orders in appropriate patients. Performs basic airway techniques including oxygen therapy. May perform bag-mask ventilation according to established departmental protocols in emergency situations.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment of caring for patients and families. Provides basic patient comfort measures during procedures. When necessary, provides environmental support to expedite timely patient admission or transfer. Identifies and acts upon opportunities to improve the environment of care.
- Participates in MedSTAR Transport safety program. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and hospital in community outreach efforts.

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Successful completion of an approved EMT course required
- Completion of an approved emergency vehicle driving course prior to release from orientation required
Experience
- 1-2 years EMT experience strongly preferred
License / Certification
- NREMT - National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians-Basic (EMT-B) required
- EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in the District of Columbia within 30 Days required
- EMT - Emergency Medical Tech in Maryland required
- MedSTAR Transport or Mid Atlantic Air Transportation Services affiliation as an EMT prior to release from orientation required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
- Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.
