About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Asbestos Attorney to join our Midtown Manhattan office and support our experienced legal team. This is a full-time position in-person position. Some travel may be required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a personal injury firm or the DA's office.
You Will:
- Manage all aspects of asbestos-related cases, from initial client consultations to trial, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Conduct depositions and discovery, write motions, and appear in court.
- Conduct thorough research on asbestos-related cases, including the history of talc sourcing and mines, scientific literature, and various sources of discovery.
- Collaborate with experts in fields such as occupational health, toxicology, and geology to analyze and present compelling evidence.
- Support senior attorneys in settlement negotiations with opposing parties, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in asbestos-related law, scientific research, and industry trends to provide the best legal counsel possible.
- Meet with clients to gather information about their asbestos/talc exposure history.
You Have:
- At least 2 years of experience litigating personal injury cases.
- Active bar license.
- Licensed to practice in NY.
Nice to Have:
- Asbestos Litigation Experience Preferred.
- Understanding of asbestos litigation preferred.
- Experience in other types of litigation.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join our Chicago team. This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for candidates with 2–5 years of asbestos litigation experience. Experience in general personal injury litigation alone is not sufficient for this role — prior asbestos litigation experience is required.
You Will:
· Manage all aspects of asbestos-related cases, from initial client consultations to trial, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
· Conduct depositions, manage discovery, draft motions, and appear in court.
· Collaborate with experts in fields such as occupational health, toxicology, and geology to analyze and present compelling evidence.
· Assist in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, insurers, and other stakeholders.

You Have:
· Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
· Licensed in the State of Illinois
· 2–5 years of asbestos litigation experience (mandatory).
· Experience with Odyssey E-Filing and/or File&Serve Illinois
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively.
· Deposition and Trial experience is a plus

Salary Range: $120k - $150k

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join our Asbestos Bankruptcy team. This position will play a vital role in preparing and submitting claims to various Asbestos Bankruptcy Trusts. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive documents and data entry in a high-volume setting. This role is on-site in our new Ft. Lauderdale office.
You Will:
- Prepare and file asbestos bankruptcy trust claims with accuracy and attention to eligibility requirements and deadlines
- Draft legal documents including affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence
- Input and manage data in internal case management system (SmartAdvocate)
- Conduct frequent client outreach to gather required information and provide claim status updates
- Review deposition transcripts and various other case materials and provide summaries to the supervisor
- Work on resolution of any claim deficiencies
- Manage settlement releases as needed
You Have:
- Prior experience with asbestos bankruptcy trusts or other legal claims filing processes (strongly preferred)
- College degree preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A client-focused mindset and ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions
- Strong organization with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets
