Contract Manager
Job Description
The Contract Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle for building projects
- from drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with clients, contractors, and suppliers to bonding.

Description Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
Ensure contractual compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in organized systems.
Provide guidance to project managers, procurement teams, and field staff on contract issues.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations and performance.
Communicate status, obligations, and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders.

Profile A successful Contract Manager should have: Strong knowledge of contract law and construction regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines efficiently.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for contract management.
Job Offer Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management or construction contract administration.
Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and construction industry standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
