The Staff Scientist is a professional scientist with background in wetland science, fish/wildlife biology, geology, ecology, or related earth sciences who supports project delivery through field investigations, data collection/analysis, technical writing, permit coordination, and collaboration with project teams. As experience increases, the Staff Scientist progresses from task execution with close guidance to leading elements of fieldwork and documentation.

What will I be doing?

• Prepare drafts of Wetland Assessment Reports, Biological Evaluations, JARPAs, Technical Memoranda, Habitat Assessments, and related deliverables.

Perform accounting support functions for residential properties. • • Maintain GAAP accrual general ledger for a portfolio of multifamily assets.
  • Prepare and process monthly journal entries. Produce monthly financial statements according to the established schedule and analyze results. Communicate concerns to the Accounting Manager.
