Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join the French Connection team at G-III. This role supports the sales team in managing wholesale accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about the fashion industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including updating account lists and profiles, maintaining the PO log, and managing the wholesale event calendar

  • Reporting & Analysis: Pulls data to create and update reports and charts; ensures accuracy.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Updates Gerber WebPDM and/or Yunique PLM systems to ensure style information accuracy. Creates new style numbers and ensures all supporting data is accurately entered into PLM. Maintains and updates seasonal fabric standards to ensure consistent usage across programs. Updates care code information seasonally to reflect changes in fabric, construction or compliance requirements.
  • Special Projects: Takes on and completes special projects, as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • At least one year of apparel production professional work experience in a SKU-intensive environment, required
  • College degree, or equivalent professional work experience, required


Skills and Behaviors:

  • Advanced MS Excel skills: data manipulation, pivot tables, v-lookup
  • Working knowledge of WebPDM, PLM, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, an asset

Position Objective:

The Fabric Manager is responsible for fabric production setup stages within a product-to-production lifecycle. This role will work directly with our production, fabric and design teams.

Key Accountabilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in textiles or design or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years in apparel industry and/or in textiles industry working with fabrics
  • Must have knowledge of Cut & Sew Knits and Wovens
  • Experience in fabric adoption and quality control process within a product lifecycle
  • Very detail oriented and ability to drive to completion with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly organized and time sensitive
  • Clear understanding of general fabric development and quality processes in the overall product development lifecycle

Position Summary

The AI Business Analyst will play a critical role in advancing G-III’s enterprise AI strategy by evaluating emerging AI technologies, identifying high-value business use cases, managing vendor assessments, and driving adoption across brands and functions. This position bridges technology and business operationsβ€”helping teams understand, pilot, scale, and operationalize AI capabilities that improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making.

In addition to third-party AI tools, this role will support the change management and adoption of internally developed AI solutions and models, ensuring new capabilities are introduced in a structured, well-communicated, and measurable manner.

This role will also be responsible for developing training materials, documenting best practices, creating video tutorials, and maintaining the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) SharePoint site as the central hub for AI knowledge, tools, governance standards, and success stories.

AI Discovery & Assessment

  • Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors for business fit, ROI potential, data security, and scalability.

Qualifications

Required

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools including ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Synthesia, Guidde, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills including ROI modeling, time-savings estimation, and pilot performance measurement.
  • Experience creating training content (written and video) and managing enterprise enablement platforms such as SharePoint.

Preferred

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Designer to join the Karl Lagerfeld Paris team in a temporary assignment. This role will support the creation and design of a competitive product line that strikes a balance between relevant commercial product and brand-right emotional fashion, ultimately contributing to the brand’s strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all aspects of design packages - sketching, tech packs, creating and maintaining linesheets
  • Assist Senior Designer with research and development of innovative trims each season
  • Assist Senior Designer with research and development of new fabrics
  • Prepare and maintain tech packs from initial development through bulk
  • Organize and maintain design development including artwork, trims, fabric worksheets, initial development, finalized tech pack, line list, etc.
  • Communicate with overseas factories
  • Submit and approve artwork/strike-offs, wash panels, lab dips, etc.
  • Manage and adhere to Time and Action Calendar


Qualifications

  • 2- 4 years of design experience, preferably in cut & sew knits or wovens
  • BA in Fashion Design
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop CS, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral


The pay range for this position is: $30 per hour - $32 per hour

  • Serves as the Gerber YuniquePLM link between the Design and Production teams for all issues related to Gerber YuniquePLM
  • Updates Gerber YuniquePLM with any changes after fitting to ensure accuracy
  • Inputs changes, as appropriate, to ensure style/SKU accuracy and follows up with teams/factories with confirmation

Trim Development:

  • Partners with Design team for trim development and trim approvals
  • Organize trim approval records


Education and Experience:

  • 1 year+ of experience with PLM in school, internships or professionally, required
  • PLM system technical skill proficiency, required
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, required


Skills and Behaviors:

  • Working knowledge and understanding of fashion, design, development process, required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research current trends and forecast evolution within brand identity
  • Lead the design and development of sweater and knit categories, including silhouette development, stitch innovation, gauge selection, and construction techniques
  • Partner with sourcing teams and mills to develop and source yarns aligned with seasonal concepts, cost targets, and performance requirements

Key Responsibilities

Fabric Research & Development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Design, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
