We are seeking a dedicated Material Planner / Purchaser (MRP Specialist) to join our supply chain team. This role focuses on direct materials planning and procurement (e.g., solar cells, glass, encapsulants like EVA/POE, frames, ribbons, junction boxes, etc.) using MRP logic in our ERP system. The position ensures timely material availability to support continuous production, optimal inventory levels, cost control, and supply chain resilience in the fast-evolving U.S. solar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute MRP runs in the ERP system based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS), customer orders, BOMs, inventory data, and production forecasts to calculate net material requirements and generate accurate purchase requisitions and production orders.
- Plan and allocate demand for critical PV raw materials (e.g., wafers/cells, glass, backsheets, encapsulants, aluminum frames, solder ribbons), accounting for specifications such as grade, color, bin, and efficiency to minimize production changeover losses.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance, maintain daily/weekly shortage reports and incoming material schedules; proactively resolve delays, quality issues, or supply disruptions to achieve Just-In-Time (JIT) or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) delivery.
- Manage inventory parameters (safety stock, min/max levels, reorder points); track inventory turnover, identify slow-moving/obsolete risks, and recommend action plans (e.g., consumption, downgrade use, resale, or disposal) to minimize working capital and avoid stockouts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on material shortages, on-time delivery rates, inventory analysis, and supply risks; contribute material insights to cross-functional S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

The Product Data Bill of Materials Specialist I functions as the product data liaison for bill translation work. They hone in-depth knowledge of product configurations and Bill of Materials (BOM) construction of DeZURIK/APCO/Willamette products. Nature & Scope

Position Overview
You will play a key role in ensuring materials arrive on time to support complex manufacturing schedules. This includes planning, forecasting, supplier coordination, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate production forecasts into accurate procurement and material plans
- Manage material availability across multiple categories with long lead times
- Work directly with global suppliers, including frequent coordination with overseas partners
- Analyze large data sets to drive decisions around cost, supply, and delivery
- Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed
- Support digital procurement tools, analytics, and automation initiatives
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and operations teams
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks for critical materials
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance planning efficiency
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- New grads with relevant degrees and internship experience will be considered
- Familiarity with global operations or international supplier coordination
- Ability to manage global production lead times (2–3+ months) and high‑volume planning
- Strong analytical, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high‑tech industries
- Strong understanding of procurement planning and supplier compliance
- Ability to handle large datasets and extract actionable insights from data

Job Overview
Responsible for processing incoming materials including kitting/picking for production needs. Knowledge of all related procedures. Position will also include cycle counting, shipping, warehouse, and mailroom responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Receiving, and incoming materials processing
- Inspect & pack (lot preparation) according to specific procedures.
- Distribute components and supplies to Manufacturing.
- Perform all transactions according to procedures.
- Perform mail services such as pickup/drop off at Post Office, sorting, delivery within building, and maintenance and service of postal machine.
- Pack Items to be shipped.
- Inventory control and cycle counting.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous waste per procedure.
- Handle and deliver customer complaint items.

Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1-year prior experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
- Open to working the 2nd shift (2:00PM - 10:30PM). There is some potential flexibility on hours
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical device, aerospace, pharmaceutical, etc. is preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- SAP or other ERP software knowledge preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software application is preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers' license.
This is a "Defined Term" assignment that will last approximately 24 months or until project is complete. Defined Term employees areeligible for mostbenefits (including health insurance and paid time off) while on assignment.

As a Material Handler, you will help support the safe and efficient flow of raw and finished materials around the warehouse and production facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct shipping and loading duties, including checking identification, reporting any shortages or damages, moving, storing, stacking, and arranging products.
* Receive and unload freight, both manually or with equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Transfer inventory using standardized procedures, including unloading, moving, and storing a variety of materials, parts, or products of varying sizes.
* Ensure the identification, recording, and organization of similar parts together.
* Assist in weighing or counting materials.
* Maintain inventory records, including inventory adjustments, ship confirmations, receiving tallies, and scrap entries. Conduct cycle counts as needed.
* Safely operate power lift trucks (PIT), hand trucks, dollies, overhead cranes, and other rigging devices, ensuring that pedestrians and contractors are safely distanced during operation.
* Prepare material for safe movement, shipping, and storage.
* Maintain equipment by performing routine operator-level preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ordering repairs as needed. Maintain required logs and equipment checks.
* Maintain continuity among work shifts in pass off procedure by documenting actions, irregularities, and continuing operational needs, as well as communicating issues or irregularities to appropriate team lead or supervisor.
* Keep work areas and department clean and organized.
* Maintain safe operations by adhering to all relevant safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations and flagging any equipment or safety issues to the appropriate team lead, supervisor, maintenance, or EHS personnel utilizing \"Stop, Call, Wait\" procedure.
* Perform any other related duties as directed.
Required Skills:
* Strong personal commitment to safety standards in industrial and/or manufacturing environments.
* Able to utilize basic computer functions.
* Usage of handheld scanners, label printers, etc.
Required Education/Experience:
* Must have high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
* Holds valid driver's license.
Preferred:
* 2-3 years warehousing and forklift operating experience.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including, but not limited to, safety glasses, steel-toed or metatarsal-guarded shoes, and/or ear plugs, while working in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.
