Head of Project Management - Material Handling

Title: Head of Project Management - Material Handling.

Location: Southern LA + travel to project sites.

Package: Base salary of up to $170,000.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project management strategies aligned with company goals.
• Supervise project execution to meet budget, timeline, and quality targets.
• Lead and develop the Project Management and Permitting teams; foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Develop and monitor department budgets; manage project costs, resource allocation, and vendor contracts.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, construction, or material handling, including experience in a senior leadership position.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the U.S.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
