What You’ll Be Doing as a Senior ERP Applications Developer:

Serves as the trusted ERP application expert for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) discrete Manufacturing processes, including BOM, Routing, ECO, WIP, Inventory, and PIM, ensuring both technical correctness and functional alignment. Provides hands-on technical leadership across our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. Performs deep application development work, understands how discrete manufacturing systems operate on the shop floor, and owns ERP solutions end to end.

Application Development:

• Write complex, high-performance SQL and PL/SQL
• Develop and maintain custom Oracle concurrent programs
• Use Oracle Manufacturing APIs (BOM, WIP, Routing, Inventory)
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, GraphQL, PL/SQL, and file/SFTP-based interfaces
• Support and extend internal manufacturing-related applications
• Optimize SQL and PL/SQL performance
• Follow Oracle EBS development standards and best practices

Functional & Operational Support

• Support discrete Manufacturing modules: BOM, Routing, ECO, WIP, Inventory, and PIM
• Troubleshoot manufacturing transaction failures and workflow issues
• Validate functional behavior against actual shop-floor execution and production workflows
• Collaborate with business users to ensure system behavior aligns with operational intent
• Provide cross-functional development support to Order-to-Cash teams as needed

Integration, Data & Documentation

• Own and troubleshoot manufacturing-related integrations
• Diagnose failures across APIs, PL/SQL interfaces, staging tables, and file pipelines
• Produce validated SQL datasets for Power BI developers and operational reporting
• Ensure data correctness, performance, and integrity
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Custom code and integration design documentation
• Interface mappings and data flow diagrams
• Operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides
• Change and deployment documentation to support long-term maintainability

Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Senior ERP Applications Developer:

• 7+ years Oracle EBS technical and functional experience in a discrete manufacturing environment
• Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL development in an Oracle EBS environment
• Strong experience developing custom solutions for BOM, Routing, ECO, WIP, Inventory, and PIM
• Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience (12.1.x required; 12.2.x preferred)

Qualifications:

Position Overview

At UNIQLO, we are strengthening our logistics capabilities as we aim to grow our group revenue from 3 trillion yen to 10 trillion yen.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of world-class automated warehouse systems—critical infrastructure at the heart of our supply chain transformation.

We are looking for someone who can take the lead in building and optimizing high-performance warehouse operations that never stop, helping us realize our vision of producing, delivering, and selling only what customers need, when they need it, and in the exact quantity required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance plans, budget forecasts, and staffing strategies to ensure stable equipment operation.
• Respond to equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive long-term equipment reliability through predictive maintenance, upgrades, and the adoption of advanced technologies.
• Lead improvement initiatives involving equipment vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report progress on troubleshooting and resolution of equipment issues.
• Negotiate maintenance contracts, pricing, and service terms.
• Prepare for peak seasons, including large-scale product launches and sales events.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Establish operational standards, procedures, and supporting applications.
• Promote daily operational standardization and global best practices.
• Improve warehouse and store operations through new equipment deployment and process or existing equipment optimization.
• Report daily operations and incidents, and coordinate with global headquarters (GHQ).

This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to identifying issues and driving solutions. During peak periods such as major sales events or product launches, shift work—including night shifts and weekend/holiday coverage—may be required. Overtime and emergency response to equipment failures may also occur.

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical disciplines welcome) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in leading technical initiatives, including project planning and execution, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and direct supervision
• Strong drive to continuously improve and achieve goals without settling for the status quo.
• Hands-on experience in designing or implementing new automation equipment.
• Experience in maintaining and improving automated systems.

• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and developing effective solutions to complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels—from frontline staff to senior leadership.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel functions, macros, presentation creation).
• Demonstrated ability to build strong teamwork across departments and deliver results through collaboration.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. for extended periods (1–3 months) to support new automation equipment deployment.
• Flexibility to relocate to California within 1–2 years is a plus.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000

We're a $100M+ textile retailer experiencing 20-30% year-over-year growth, sourcing premium bedding globally from China, India, Pakistan, and Turkey while manufacturing our cotton line right here in the USA.

We sell across Amazon, Walmart, Target, our DTC channels, and international markets—and we're expanding operations from 110,000 to 220,000+ square feet. We're making significant investments in our supply chain and logistics team right now, growing from five to six team members.

The Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our collaborative five-person (expanding to six) supply chain and logistics team. You'll work alongside experienced supply chain professionals, sharing responsibilities and learning the full scope of international e-commerce operations.

This is a team-based role—you won't be doing this alone. We cross-train, support each other when someone's out, and tackle projects collaboratively. Some days you'll focus on your core responsibilities, other days you'll jump in on sourcing projects or warehouse tracking initiatives. That's the nature of working in a small, agile company where flexibility and teamwork matter.

What You'll Work On (As Part of the Team)

Supply Chain Operations

• Support tracking of inbound containers from overseas vendors (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey)
• Assist with container optimization and shipment coordination
• Work with the team on buy decisions and inventory planning
• Help coordinate with overseas vendors on timing and logistics
• Contribute to forecasting and inventory level management across all channels

Data & Analytics

• Build and maintain Excel-based tracking systems for orders, containers, and SKUs
• Create reports and dashboards for inventory movement and supply chain performance
• Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support the team with data analysis using VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and complex formulas

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with warehouse operations on container flow and receiving schedules
• Partner with Buyers, Supply Analyst, and operations teams daily
• Coordinate with 3PL partners on logistics and inventory placement
• Jump in on ad-hoc projects—sourcing initiatives, system improvements, warehouse tracking

Learning & Growth

• Gain exposure to international sourcing, container logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment
• Learn from experienced supply chain professionals on the team
• Develop skills in forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain optimization
• Cross-train across different aspects of supply chain operations

What You Need

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Associate's degree with 3+ years of relevant supply chain experience will be considered
• Relevant certifications (APICS, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus

Must-Haves

• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, complex formulas—you're comfortable working with large datasets
• 1-3 years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience (or relevant internships)
• Analytical thinking: You can spot patterns, identify problems, and think through solutions
