Assistant Superintendent – Healthcare Construction

I’m currently working with a well-established General Contractor that has operated for the past 75 years and has 400+ employees. They specializes in healthcare construction across the Carolinas. They are looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their team in Cheraw, SC to support the delivery of upcoming healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily site operations

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule

• Monitor quality control and project progress

• Help maintain project schedules and site logistics

• Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare construction standards

Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience working with a General Contractor

• Experience on commercial or healthcare construction projects preferred

• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination

• Ability to work closely with subcontractors and project teams

• OSHA knowledge and safety-focused mindset
