• Manage the operational delivery of assigned in-person, virtual, and hybrid events to include pre-event planning, day-of event execution, and post-event communication.
• Oversee the entire event life cycle including site selection, contract negotiation, F&B planning, A/V coordination, onsite event execution, vendor management, budget and reconciliation, and creation of required event logistics documents.
• Under limited supervision, serve as primary onsite contact and coordinate setup and tear down of events.
• Greet all attendees in a professional and friendly manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Seek feedback from attendees, clients, and faculty to ensure a quality, educational experience.
• Create reports to analyze data of events to determine return on investment.
• Create and update department documents and presentations for each event.
• Work cross-functionally with department leaders and teams routinely to ensure they are informed of event project status.
• Participate in on-going training and development of company goals and direction to communicate with attendees.
• Responsible for maintaining company branded inventory for events and placing orders when needed.
• Travel about 60-70% annually for events and other company functions to assist in production of events and supervise vendor related logistics.

Position Purpose

Performance of echocardiographic studies (M Mode, 2D and color Doppler) and trans-esophageal echocardiograms on inpatients and outpatients as requested by the physician. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS graduate or equivalent required.

• Attended and completed an approved program of Echocardiovascular Technology

• RCS cert. (or potential option to obtain within 6 months of employment)

• BLS required.

Must have strong critical thinking skills, work well under pressure with high acuity situations.  Prepares, operates, and maintains X-Ray equipment.  Position requires on-call responsibility.  Technologist’s primary role will be in neuro-endovascular with complimentary role in cardiovascular interventions.  Is the subject matter expert/clinical resource for these cases.

The Contractor shall provide event management support for Mplify’s Global NaaS Events Series, a year-round member engagement platform which includes two Summits (EMEA, Americas) virtual events/webinars and regional workshops. This position works in close collaboration with the Director Global Events. The scope of services includes the following responsibilities:

•       Support the Director Global Events with end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of two Mplify Summits (EMEA and Americas), virtual events and regional workshops, ensuring all components are delivered on schedule and in alignment with event objectives

•       Maintain and manage detailed event project plans via web-based tool Teams Planner

•       Provide event costs for approval against budget (F&B, AV, hotel, travel,vendors) to ensure we stay within budget and events are profitable.

•       Assist with cost oversight and potential reduction mechanisms to ensure the event meets financial goals

•       Track all milestones, deadlines, and action items across workstreams to ensure timely delivery
