Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, direct, and assign workload to station staff.
- Ensure freight is managed efficiently, including completion of correct documentation, fulfillment is completed, compliance requirements are met, customer SOPs are followed, costs are controlled, and accounts are billed and paid correctly.
- Coach and train all station staff, including cross training employees, and ensuring staff complete all required MEC trainings on time.
- Work closely with MEC sales, management, and other internal team member to respond promptly to customer needs, suggest and implement corrective action when issues arise, and take accountability for offering solutions when problems are presented.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with experience in air and ocean operations required.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, with demonstrated customer service standards that have exceeded expectations.
- DG, Hazmat, TSA Certification.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Experience handling bonded freight and out-of-gauge or project cargo required.
- A basic understanding of the fundamentals of warehouse and trucking operations required.

SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager, the Logistics and Material Planner plays a critical role in optimizing the daily functions of the Stores department. In this capacity, this position will support various functions such as inventory management, materials and material handling, storage, and logistics. This position requires excellent skills in collaboration and communication as well as organization and planning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review and analyze inventory to ensure materials meet operational requirements and there is no overstock or shortages; uses inventory management system (Oracle) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Continuously monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify and address areas of concern
- Use critical thinking to manage competing priorities and easily adapts to changing business requirements
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits; recommend corrective action if required
- Oversee and execute receiving process to ensure incoming materials match PO’s and meet quality requirements; oversee the shipping of repairs to outside vendors as needed
- Maintain organized storage systems within the Stores area to ensure all materials are labeled correctly and readily available
- Recommend continuous improvement activities which consistently improve the Stores function using industry best practices
- Manage small projects of various size, scope, and budget
- Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to review and develop policies and procedures for the Stores area
- Partner with other departments and stakeholders such as Equipment Maintenance, Production, and Purchasing to ensure efficient support for internal processes
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery or material discrepancies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Five years of experience in inventory management or procurement in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The annual base salary for this full-time position is between $92,930.00-$136,661.00 + bonus target + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. A global transport and logistics provider is seeking an experienced Customs Manager to oversee and manage local customs brokerage operations in South San Francisco. The organization operates in over 80 countries and delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions including transportation, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and compliance services.
Position Summary
The Customs Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership and compliance oversight for local customs brokerage activities. This role ensures adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, minimizes regulatory and financial risk, and supports efficient import/export processing.

The Consulting Partner will shape strategy, drive consulting-led revenue, and lead delivery excellence across key technology accounts. Success in this role requires deep supply chain domain expertise, strong consulting sales acumen, and the ability to engage senior client stakeholders to influence digital transformation agendas.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the supply chain consulting leader for major technology accounts, guiding account strategy, solution design, and delivery execution.
- Grow consulting revenue by identifying, sourcing, and closing consulting-led opportunities aligned to account and market objectives.
- Lead consulting delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Client Partners and Delivery Partners to align consulting pursuits with broader account growth and delivery strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships across client organizations to drive supply chain, cloud, and operations transformation initiatives.
- Develop account-specific thought leadership—including industry insights, whitepapers, and executive roundtables—focused on digital supply chain and transformation trends.
- Mentor consultants and managers to strengthen practice capability and advance consulting career development.
Qualifications
- Previous consulting experience is required.
- Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years in supply chain, ideally within the technology, digital, or hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Proven record of consulting-led account growth, including developing, selling, and delivering multi-year transformation engagements.
- Strong understanding of digital supply chain solutions, cloud transformation, and technology-enabled operating models.
- Exceptional client engagement and executive communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Someone with established Google relationships highly desired.

- Location: Mountain View, CA or surrounding area.
- Work Model: Hybrid – regular onsite collaboration with client and internal teams.
- Travel: Up to 25% based on client and project needs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline preferred.
