The Operations Supervisor provides leadership across production shifts and operational areas, driving performance, safety, and reliability. This role leads teams, collaborates cross-functionally, and plays a key part in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule:
7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Rotating Schedule)
Location: Lamesa, TX
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate scheduled downtimes with production departments.
- Communicate production issues to the Operations Superintendent and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage assigned production areas as directed.
- Support the development and execution of site safety initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Promote and adhere to all safety regulations; report hazardous conditions immediately.
- Assist in executing production activities aligned with the operations plan.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within mining or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying seasonal conditions.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders, work from elevated platforms, and use hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MSHA knowledge.
- Forklift experience.
- Computer software proficiency.
- Warehouse or plant operations experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the plant's maintenance operations across multiple shifts or departments. This leadership role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Drive's reliability improvements, project planning, and personnel development.
Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians and mechanics (Levels I - Senior).
- Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion through CMMS.
- Coordinate emergency and routine maintenance with operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, LOTO, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with scheduling, parts ordering, and contractor oversight.
- Support training and mentoring of junior maintenance staff.
- Report maintenance KPIs and status updates to plant leadership.
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical and/or electrical systems.
- High level of safety and quality.
- Ability to multi-task at a fast pace (at times), work in outside conditions during all seasons, climb multi-levels by stairs & ladders, work from elevated platforms, use hand tools (shovel, hammer, wrenches, etc.).
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Mine Safety and Health (MSHA) Knowledge - Preferred.
- Forklift experience - Preferred.
- Computer Software - Preferred.
- Warehouse experience - Preferred.
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role preferred.
- Must be local or willing to relocate in area.
