Seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This individual will serve as a key point of contact across departments, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling, and seamless coordination of priorities. Responsibilities
- Support the President/CEO with daily communication, relationship management, and coordination with staff, board members, partners, and the community.
- Organize Board and committee meetings — send notices, prepare materials, and take accurate minutes.
- Provide full administrative support to senior leadership: manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle messages, and prepare documents.
- Act as a communication link between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all executive and governance matters.
- Partner with the Development team by assisting with fundraising tasks, donor communication, and cross‑department coordination.
Qualifications
- Previous exp as an EA or a strong Admin who wants to take on more!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, MS TEams, Zoom, etc
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
