Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical power systems.

Utilize PLC-based control systems to diagnose and correct equipment issues; read and interpret ladder logic and use PLC software tools as required.

Complete work orders, inspections, adjustments, and preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Collaborate closely with production, quality, and refrigeration teams to identify, resolve, and prevent equipment and process issues.

Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, ohm meters, and meggers to troubleshoot electrical systems.

Communicate maintenance activities, equipment status, and issues clearly to maintenance leadership.

Cross-train maintenance and production personnel to ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.

Assist leadership with developing standard operating procedures, maintenance standards, and duty cycles for processing and packaging equipment.

Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, plans, and technical documentation.

Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Actively participate as a member of the facility safety team.
