This role works closely with the Controller and plays a key part in month-end close and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, AR/AP, and customer accounts Manage invoicing, collections, and invoice processing Assist with financial statements, budgeting, and forecasts File federal, state, and local tax forms as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (NetSuite a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
