The Export Coordinator is responsible for the administrative tasks that must occur around the processing of international freight forwarding. The Export Coordinator has a multitude of tasks around the planning, organizing, and coordinating all containers that will be loaded on a daily and weekly basis. Attention to detail and strong time management abilities is key. Having knowledge of international procedures for delivering goods, including the arrangement of shipments, preparing and confirming order approvals, handling pricing information, and releasing invoices is important.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping documentation process to meet US Customs and Shipping Line requirements/deadlines (AES, Title validation, Bill of Lading)
• Ensure that all required documents are scanned and sent to shipping lines in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all vehicle titles and house bill of ladings are sent to destination in a timely manner after the documentation process has been completed.
• Daily follow up to obtain confirmation that all paperwork was accepted by the shipping lines.
• Maintain quality results by following export standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure accuracy in all export documentation (Title validation, Bill of Ladings, AES/ACE filings, etc) to avoid penalties charged to the company.
• Submitting shipping instructions of all weekly loaded containers

The Import Operations Customer Service Representative is a global operations support role responsible for managing both ocean and air import activities within the freight forwarding industry. Job Summary

The Production Manager is a key member of the Torrance plant's Leadership Team. The responsibilities include overall production management of a high-volume automotive chemicals and consumer products manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate is a demonstrated leader, and has proven success meeting and/ or exceeding production goals. This position oversees production of 4 liquid filling lines and a blow molding line that manufactures bottles from less than one gallon up to drums and totes. This role is responsible for achieving adherence of daily packaging line schedule, including production line standard rates, labor efficiencies, product quality, overall Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/Housekeeping) and employee safety. Additional accountabilities for this role are shift’s overall preparation to run, including coordination of line mechanical set-ups, product supply and material supply from leads and warehousing that meets scheduled line start-up. This individual MUST be outgoing, entrepreneurial, a self starter, and technically talented with strong leadership skills and abilities. Strengths must include communication, coaching, and mentoring skills, and the ability to promote enhanced employee relations and reports to the Plant Manager.

This position requires fully on-site work at our Torrance, California Plant work to cover multiple production shifts. The expected compensation for this position is an annual salary of $108,000-$118,000 depending on experience and qualifications and is bonus eligible.

Day to Day Accountabilities

• Oversees activities of production lines to achieve production rates that meet or exceed standards (including efficient changeovers)
• Responsible for the training and performance management of team members to ensure that each line is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals
• Ensure the identification of product quality problems and implementation of corrective actions
• Utilize theory of constraints or lean manufacturing techniques to evaluate and manage production counts, machine speeds, scrap and downtime to drive reliability to desired levels
• Record and report accurate production counts, machine speeds, scrap counts, line down time, and other data as directed by Production Manager
• Ensure adequate supply of materials (skid tickets, skid records, gloves) (staging and de-staging)

Overview:

The Heavy Civil Project Manager (PM) plays a dual role in Balfour Beatty by overseeing projects from the pursuit proposal stage through construction completion. The ideal candidate will manage alternative delivery projects (CMAR, CMGC, Progressive DB, Design-Build) by leading operational assessments, technical development, and constructability strategies during the pursuit and preconstruction phases, then transitioning into project execution during construction.

Production Coordinator

• Partner with Marketing to execute digital acquisition, retention, and promotional strategies.
• Monitor site health, uptime, and performance, working closely with internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Support the rollout, testing, and scaling of new omnichannel capabilities, tools, and process improvement, such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Ship-from-Store, Endless Aisle and vendor Dropship.
• Develop SEO content strategies to improve product page descriptions and ensure SEO tagging is audited for organic discovery in search engines and AI search platforms.
• Partner with the Distribution Center to optimize delivery method, timing and cost.
• Collaborate with the Legal department to ensure the website maintains legal compliance, including ADA, CPRA, and PII/Privacy Guidelines.

Merchandising & Customer Experience

• Act as the omni-channel lead, thinking through various customer entry points and experiences, collaborating across Brick-and-Mortar, Ecommerce, Buying, Logistics, Marketing and Technology, to bring the best of omni-channel customer shopping.
• Champion the customer experience across the full Ecommerce journey, from landing page through checkout and post-purchase; conduct analysis to identify customer friction points and site opportunities to improve conversion, AOV and profitability.
• Partner with Buying and Allocation to execute Ecommerce merchandising strategies aligned with company-wide product, pricing, and promotional priorities.
• Optimize onsite navigation, category structure, product presentation, product recommendations, personalization, and search to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Monitor and optimize omnichannel KPIs such as fulfillment speed, order cancellation rates, substitution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Customer Service to develop policies, reduce fraudulent orders, increase repeat customers, and minimize returns.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and develop a growing Ecommerce team. Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and accountability across the Ecommerce team.
• Create clarity around roles, decision rights, and accountability across the function. Continuously improve the way the team works, including assessing resourcing, building capabilities, and improving processes.
• Operate at the intersection of Marketing, Merchandising, Stores, Supply Chain, and Technology; be a highly collaborative leader across the organization.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships across Ecommerce platforms, analytics, UX, and marketing support.
• Coordinate with IT and external partners on platform enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
• Design, manage and execute an Ecommerce calendar of key events and deliverables.
• Present Ecommerce performance, strategy, and investment plans to executive leadership.

Qualifications Desired

• 15+ years of progressive Ecommerce experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience directly leading/supervising an Ecommerce team is required.
• Significant Ecommerce experience at a large, omnichannel retailer is required.
• Proven experience transforming and scaling a large, high-volume Ecommerce website.
• Strong understanding of Ecommerce KPIs, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-workstream initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of systems and technology
• Hands-on experience leading or partnering on Ecommerce re-platforming, major upgrades, or modernization initiatives is a strong plus.
• Experience implementing omnichannel capabilities a plus; experience with Order Management Systems a plus.

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure the company secures the highest-quality materials, components, and services at the most competitive cost. This role conducts supplier research, negotiates agreements, manages supplier performance, and partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to support business objectives and long-term growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Regular Functions include:

• Develops and implements sourcing strategies for assigned categories to support cost, quality, and delivery goals.

• Identifies, evaluates, and onboards new suppliers that meet technical, financial, and operational requirements.

• Conducts competitive bids, RFQs, cost analyses, and price-break evaluations.

• Negotiates pricing, terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and long-term supplier contracts.

• Monitors supplier performance using defined KPIs (PPV, quality, delivery, cost savings) and leads corrective actions as needed.

• Establishes strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability, continuity, and innovation.

• Analyzes total cost of ownership and identifies opportunities for cost savings or value improvements.

• Leads cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations.

• Evaluates alternative materials, production methods, and logistics strategies that reduce cost without compromising quality.

• Partners with Engineering and Quality teams understand technical specifications and ensure supplier capability.

• Works closely with Planning and Operations to align sourcing decisions with inventory, production, and demand requirements.

• Supports New Product Development (NPD) projects by identifying potential suppliers and estimating material costs.

• Develops contingency plans for key suppliers or product lines.

• Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.

• Tracks, analyzes, and reports key sourcing metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

• Drives continuous improvement in sourcing processes and tools.

• Participates in periodical audits to ensure meeting policies and procedures.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management
• 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supplier management experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, diesel engine, or industrial components.
• Required experience with international suppliers, with a strong preference for sourcing in Asian countries (e.g., China, India).

Professional/Technical Training and Skills include:

• Demonstrates knowledge of reading blueprints
• Six Sigma / LEAN or other problem-solving tools.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Ability to use Microsoft software including excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Exposure to PowerBI dashboards is a plus

Licenses and Certifications include:
