Location: Hybrid (Primarily Remote with some travel)
Duration: Contract with potential for extension
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Project Manager to lead end-to-end system implementations across a complex, multi-entity organization. This role will drive successful delivery of workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business operations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle workforce management system implementations
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live activities
- Configure system solutions to support timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce policies
- Identify and mitigate risks; resolve project issues proactively
- Support system integrations and data migration efforts
- Provide project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of workforce management system implementation experience
- Experience leading full lifecycle system implementations
- Strong background working in complex, multi-entity environments
- Knowledge of timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise workforce management platforms
- Background in regulated or complex industries
- PMP or similar certification
