TIG & Laser Welder

We are seeking an experienced TIG & Laser Welder to join a production team in El Monte, CA.

Key Responsibilities Perform TIG and laser welding on a variety of metal components Execute sanitary welds where required (preferred experience) Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications Assemble and fabricate metal components using hand and power tools Operate plasma cutting equipment for material preparation Perform pipe threading and stick welding as needed Inspect welded joints for quality, accuracy, and consistency Rework or repair welds as required Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of TIG welding experience Minimum 1 year of laser welding experience (production environment) Strong blueprint and welding specification interpretation skills Experience with sheet metal fabrication Ability to assemble and build metal structures Familiarity with pipe threading processes Preferred Qualifications Background in sanitary welding Experience in machinery or equipment manufacturing Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Compensation $28.00 â $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
