Role: Commercial Real Estate Attorney
Location: San Antonio, TX
I am a search firm, representing a boutique firm and amazing group of attorneys looking to add a strong real estate attorney to their team.
They are open to Associates and Partners with the right experience in sophisticated commercial real estate matters. 3 to 20 years of experience.
The firm is a CRE boutique that represents purchasers, sellers, borrowers, developers, and investors. They firm has a diverse practice and is open to all areas of real estate, including but not limited to, leasing, acquisitions, development, etc.
The compensation for ranges from $160k to $325k for non partner attorneys, with potential for large discretionary bonuses as well. Or a formula of 40% of the Partner's collections, plus 20% of the Partner's originations.
All attorneys at the firm service clients. The firm has a great culture and team environment.
Requirements:

- Admitted in TX, or able to quickly admit
- Commercial Real Estate Experience
