Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a major entertainment company, is actively looking for a Legal Admin to join their team in LA! This is an onsite position, so only local applicants will be considered.

The Legal Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Director of Contract Administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Executive Directors calendar, scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Prepare and process documents using DocuSign and assist with electronic signature workflows.
- Provide administrative support related to contract administration processes and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with DocuSign.
- Requires prior contract management experience, reading and understanding contracts, including documentation related tothe Guilds DGA (Directors Guild of America), WGA (Writers Guild of America), PGA (Producers Guild of America), SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) options (such as producer option, development option), calendaring options, this role is heavily contract based
- 2+ years Prior experience in contract administration or a legal support role is required, 1+ year prior Entertainment or media experience
