Growing up, Matt Walker, Swivel's co-founder and CEO, loved watching chameleons adapt to different environments. Chameleons are famous for changing their skin color from black, blue, brown, green, and light blue to orange, pink, red, turquoise, and yellow. Incredibly efficient creatures, they can see up to 32 feet in front of them, and their infamous tongues can go from 0 to 60+ miles per hour in just one-hundredth of a second to snag unsuspecting insects.
Matt wanted a system that worked the way he did - seamlessly across products and clients.
As an entrepreneurial financial professional, Matt leveraged the idea of adaptation to build a diversified business that brought different parts of the financial services industry under one roof. Having multiple revenue streams was good for business and good for clients who wanted to work with one partner to adapt their portfolios to changing circumstances. From selling insurance to providing wealth management services, Matt did it all. The challenge was financial CRMs didn't. They either focused on wealth management or insurance (not both), and general-purpose CRMs didn't work the way Matt did.
In addition to streamlining client communications, Matt wanted analytics and data to make better decisions, but he found it difficult to compile a complete picture without seeing all his clients' policies and account balances in one place. CRMs fell short, and Excel spreadsheets did too. Matt and his team had very inefficient processes because they were trying to adapt their workflows to fit preset software rules and workflows instead of the other way around. Matt wanted a system that worked the way he did - seamlessly across products and clients.
Looking into what it would take to create a flexible CRM system for multi-faceted financial firms, Matt quickly found that developing software isn't cheap. It would take millions of dollars to make a customizable financial services CRM. Realizing the average advisor can't afford to spend that kind of money creating software that works the way they want, Matt decided to build it for them (and himself).

Required or Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.

Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients in the Kansas City area, building strong relationships to understand their storm damage needs.
- Conduct thorough property assessments to determine the extent of storm damage and provide accurate estimates for repair or replacement.
- Collaborate with homeowners and businesses to develop tailored solutions that protect their properties and enhance their investments.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with our project management team to ensure the timely and efficient execution of repair and restoration projects for clients' properties.
- Experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and deliver value to clients.
- Ability to conduct detailed property assessments and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with storm damage repair processes and industry standards is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities: About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member's place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Consistency - Although we conduct assessments Sunday - Saturday from 8 am - 7 pm, our full-time (FT) providers typically work Monday - Friday from 8:00 to 5:30.
- Competitive Pay - Earn an annual base salary ranging from $95,500 - $158,400 based on market compensation analysis and experience.
- Incentive Program - Eligible for FT Clinician Incentive Plan in support of leaving no patient behind which includes monthly (uncapped) and year end (up to $25K) incentive opportunities. In 2025, the average payout from this plan was $1,500 per month and $7,500 at year end, totaling $25,500 annually.
- Benefits - Mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO accrual, 401(k), paid holidays, continuing education time/reimbursement, and employee referral bonuses.
- Education and Support - We invest in YOU! In addition to comprehensive onboarding training we will assign you a preceptor, provide 1:1 feedback, and offer free access to earn continuing education online.
- Additional Licensure - Should business need exist; we will support you in obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states - or others you may want to visit while completing health assessments.
- Master's Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP or PA licensure
- Current NP/PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
- NCCPA, AANP, AACN or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency or Acute Care specialty
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
- 1 year of NP or PA experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time (including overnight travel) to additional locations as needed
- Valid state driver's license for the state of residence
- Automobile insurance coverage requiring for the state of residence (or ability to obtain)
