This role will be integral in shaping and driving our talent acquisition strategy within the manufacturing industry.

As a Permanent Recruiter, you will work closely with our management team to understand the organization’s needs and build a pipeline of top talent to fill our permanent positions.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities: 1.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality personnel for permanent positions.

Collaborate with department managers to identify future hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.

Utilize various job boards, social media, and networking events to source potential candidates.

4.

Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.

5.

Assist with job offer negotiations and initiate onboarding procedures for new hires.

6.

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.

7.

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

8.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

3.

Proven experience in talent management, talent acquisition, recruiting, hiring, and staffing.

4.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

5.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6.

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards for sourcing candidates.

7.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

8.

Demonstrated knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

9.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

10.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
