This role is deeply embedded in the manufacturing accounting function and will play a hands-on role in month-end close, inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, and process improvement initiatives.

The right person will be comfortable operating in a partially manual environment while helping move the organization toward more automated, scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities Own and execute inventory, cost accounting, and fixed asset accounting for manufacturing operations Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to inventory, production, and manufacturing costs Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to manufacturing environments Deep experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and fixed assets ERP experience required (manufacturing ERPs strongly preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally Comfortable in environments undergoing change and modernization Interested in hearing more? Key Responsibilities: 1.

Claims Intake and Initial Processing:
- Receive and review homeowner claims submitted via email.

- Enter relevant claim data into the claim management system.

- Acknowledge receipt of the claim by sending a templated email to the sender.

Request for Information:
- Create calendar notes for sending out requests for information letters.

- Identify missing information in claims and customize template letters accordingly.

- Send customized request letters in form emails.

Claims Management:
- Monitor incoming emails for additional claim information.

- Update the claim file with new information, including notes from discussions with adjusters, homeowners, etc.

- Ensure all claim files are complete and up-to-date.

4.

Final Steps and Inspection:
- Send requests for the product related to the claim once all information is gathered.

- Coordinate with engineering to inspect the product upon arrival.

- Work with the engineering team to determine liability.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.

REQUIRED
- Previous experience in claims management, specifically in handling homeowner claims, property or general liability (not medical).

Experience with claim investigation, damage evaluation, subrogation, etc...

Proficiency with claim management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and templates.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Communication: Clear and professional interaction with claimants, adjusters, and internal teams.
