*About the Position:*

We are seeking an attorney with 3+ years civil litigation experience. Our ideal candidate has experience with basic motion practice in the state and federal courts and is a self-starter. The workload for this position will include a combination of collaborative work on cases with partners and also some independent case management, with background mentorship. Our most successful attorneys are deadline driven and have a heavy focus on excellent customer service.

Candidates must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and have an active license with the Utah State Bar. Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years of litigation experience. Compensation is based on billable hours (1500 hrs/yr), with significant bonus potential based on revenue production.

*Responsibilities:*

· Assist and support on active litigation cases in state and federal court, at the direction of partners

· Manage independent litigation cases, under the supervision of a mentor

· Maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys

· Tracking and meeting all relevant deadlines

· Bill average of 6 hours per day

*Qualifications - *the ideal applicant will have:

· Active Utah Bar License

· 3+ years litigation experience

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment

*Pay:* $135K+ and bonuses, DOE
