The Firm
- Lower than Average Billable hour target: Work in an environment with a lower than industry average Billable Hour requirement of 1500 - with a fully remote working schedule provided too!
- Variety of Litigation Matters: Inherit a caseload in a variety of Litigation matter; mostly in the Commercial space but with exposure to Employment and Insurance matters too – with trial opportunity possible too
- Multi-Millon Dollar Matters: Work on Multi-Millon Dollar Matters with minimal oversight – allowing you to run with cases and give you the opportunity to handle your caseload with full autonomy

The Role

- Client Representation: Advocate for clients in construction labor and workplace dispute matters, ensuring strict adherence to accident insurance policies and regulatory obligations.
