Summary:
Conducts procedures and tests using MRI equipment to acquire and analyze patient diagnostic data.
Responsibilities:
1. Is competent in the operation of the MRI scanners, proficient in automatic injections of MRI contrast, disc drives, gateways, PACS and laser printers. Maintains active status with ARRT or ARMRIT by accruing CE's when needed. Interprets protocols and selects appropriate scanning parameters, shares knowledge with fellow MRI technologists and uses technical knowledge to assist in actively trouble shooting problems with respect to equipment and protocols
3. Contrast- Administers oral contrast to adult and pediatric patients according to protocols, establishes intravenous lines, administers IV contrast following safe and proper injection procedures, follows correct procedure to determine contrast eligibility, checks appropriate lab values before contrast injection per protocol.
4. Image Transfer- Maintains thorough understanding of PACS, and transmits images to QC, UNCH's EMR, EPIC and PACS, verifies and segments images at the QC station, accesses IMPAX service tools to verify images transmission, completes, modifies and/or cancels orders in an appropriate and timely manner, cancels duplicate orders to avoid duplicate billing. Insures that all charge information is accurate. Verifies patient identification in accordance with UNC policy, insures that all appropriate demographic information is accurate and on the PACS images.
5. Other Duties- Performs task in a timely manner, runs the schedule creating a consistent workflow, volunteers to work on challenging tasks, difficult procedures and new research, produces quality diagnostic images, reviews patient's chart and reports for correlation, maintains a clean and orderly work environment, creates and keeps documentation of incidents as improvement opportunities for employees and the department. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong interest or experience in pelvic health therapy to join our specialized team!
This position is based in Cary at a dedicated pelvic health facility, where you will work alongside a collaborative team of seven pelvic health therapists onsite. You will also be part of a larger, well-established pelvic health program that includes 14 additional Pelvic Health PT/OTs across six locations. Summary:
This is professional level work involving the evidence- based evaluation of patient disabilities, planning, and administration of physical therapy treatments. Incumbents complete documentation instruct patients, families, and students and participate in clinical program development and management. Clinician is expected to have involvement in the areas of continuing education, departmental and community activities, outreach education and role of preceptor to students.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnostic Testing - Administers basic & complex diagnostic tests and evaluations in the area of Physical Therapy for the treatment of mobility disorders and related impairments
2. Education - Teach & supervise graduate Physical Therapy students and/or clinical fellows/residents. Develops or contributes to innovative programs to enhance patient care. Serves as resource consultant to other clinicians in respective specialty area.
3. Evaluation of Care - Analyzes results of diagnostic and or therapeutic testing to establish patient goals and or modify subsequent treatment programs. Identifies expected patient outcomes. Communicates relevant information to promote continuity of care.
4. Implementation-- Selects and applies current and advanced techniques to provide quality and efficient rehabilitative services. Provides habilitation/rehabilitation and maintenance of persons with mobility related impairments. Organizes and prioritizes care according to patient/family needs.
5. Outreach/Community Involvement-Serves as resource to North Carolina government departments and statewide health professionals in specialty areas. Presents at local (university/hospital) or state level, participates in community health screening and events. Participates in the development of new clinical programs to meet emerging needs in conjunction with the clinical specialist and/or department director.
6. Participation - Contributes to quality of clinical services through attendance and participation in departmental meetings and in-services.
7. Quality-Contributes to quality of clinical services through maintenance of valid & reliable records of patient procedures & progress. Participates in quality improvement initiatives with the clinical specialist and other healthcare professionals. Participates in continuous quality improvement efforts in conjunction with the department director.

TITLE: Paralegal

A growing life sciences organization is seeking a Paralegal who brings both legal precision and strong organizational discipline to a corporate environment. This role works closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs and plays an important part in keeping legal documentation, contracts, and internal materials organized, accurate, and moving forward.
This is not a traditional law firm setting. The role sits within the corporate structure of an innovative life sciences company where legal coordination intersects with operations, marketing, and executive leadership. The right individual will be comfortable managing contracts, reviewing documents for accuracy, and helping ensure that important materials across the business are handled with care and attention to detail.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, review, and manage a range of corporate agreements including vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership documents
- Coordinate contract revisions and approval workflows between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain organized contract tracking systems, document repositories, and legal records
- Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal policy materials
- Support the Director of Corporate Affairs with document reviews, legal summaries, and research as needed
- Review contracts, corporate communications, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Identify inconsistencies, formatting issues, or potential risks within documents prior to final approval
- Provide light administrative and coordination support for the Director of Corporate Affairs
- Assist in organizing materials for internal leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across legal, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to support ongoing business initiatives
- Track deadlines and deliverables related to legal documentation and corporate agreements
- Help maintain organized internal documentation processes and improve document workflow efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of paralegal experience within a corporate legal department, in-house counsel environment, or regulatory setting
- Paralegal certificate or formal legal training strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing and coordinating corporate contracts and legal documentation
- Strong proofreading ability and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and experience maintaining structured document systems
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong written communication and document editing capabilities
- Comfortable working in a collaborative corporate environment with cross-functional teams
- Professional presence and the ability to interact with senior leadership

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling wooden crate packaging solutions
- Proven success in managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
