Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator for a permanent position within our dynamic manufacturing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for precision, an understanding of quality control, and a knack for problem-solving.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are produced to the highest standard of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities: As a CNC Operator, your duties will include but are not limited to: 1.
Setting up and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
2.
Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
3.
Translating instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.
4.
Preparing and loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
5.
Supervising the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
6.
Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
7.
Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
8.
Adhering to all safety and health regulations.
9.
Participating in continuous improvement activities and quality control processes.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the CNC Operator position will possess the following qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
2.
Extensive knowledge of the operating and maintenance procedures for CNC machinery.
3.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and drawings.
4.
Expertise in quality control and precision measurement techniques.
5.
Excellent comprehension of mathematics and mechanics.
6.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
7.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to new challenges.
8.
Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work overtime.
9.
High school diploma or equivalent; certificate or diploma in engineering or relevant discipline is a plus.
