RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

/n

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
/n• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 13-week assignment
/n• Float to all inpatient units as needed
/n• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
/n• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
/n• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
/n• Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
/n• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS (AHA or ARC)
/n• EPIC charting system experience required
/n• Work on MAP Unit (Medical and Pediatrics) treating adult patients only
/n• Typical patient ratios: 1:6-7 on nights
/n• Treat conditions including respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, sepsis, and wound care
/n• Any scrub color permitted
/n• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
/n• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
/n• Must demonstrate hard work ethic, resilience, independence, and positive attitude with flexibility
