Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor based in Buffalo, New York. As a Laboratory Excellence Sr. Auditor, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to satisfy the training needs of Lactalis USA Labs, as well as assuming responsibility for the auditing of all Lactalis USA Labs (12 relay labs + 8 auditing).

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Coordinate travel to all USA labs, report of their compliance against the Lactalis testing expectations (SOPs, reproducibility, etc.). Create a force of proposal for improvement and follow up.
  • As a Lactalis laboratory accredited auditor, you will plan, organize and perform lab audits for all internal and external labs used by Lactalis in USA, follow up on all corrective actions noted during auditing, make proposals for acceptance (or not) of new external labs (chemistry and micro), based on audit results and compliance within Lactalis protocols.
  • Responsibility of "Lab relay" for the USA (that includes plants laboratories, such as LAG, LUSY, Karoun, and LHD); travel to all laboratories in the US to bring testing methods according to the Lactalis standards. Will organize bi-weekly teams meetings with each lab, following on corrective actions and updates on progress
  • Responsibility of the integration of any new labs, as Lactalis pursue new acquisitions, as they will need to be transitioned into Lactalis Lab procedures and protocols.
  • Manage the Lactalis Cecalait verification system with all laboratories, helping to troubleshoot when out of compliance
  • Contribute to ongoing meetings such as : Monthly Teams Meeting with Groupe Lactalis (France), Quarterly meetings with each division Quality leader about lab progress, Quarterly meetings with each division VP Quality.
  • Provide recommendations for new alternative test methods, thus improving lab efficiencies
  • Maintain communications with Groupe Lactalis: reports and KPIs to DQG in Laval, attend annual group Lactalis seminars for Laboratory and R&D updates and incorporate them into US Lab practices

The Sr. Process RSPC, Cheese & Powder Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects related to the RSPC's areas and the process manufacturing of our cheeses and powder products, from design to full implementation and support the plant production and quality operations. Working with Operations, Research and Development, the Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing the various production systems, which directly and indirectly support the manufacturing process by implementing new process or modifying actual process. Job Functions

The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Program & Project Manager (P4/M2) for a high-visibility, critical fill role within the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) space. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, Technology, and Operations Excellence, this position has significant leadership visibility and is responsible for executing transformational programs aligned with core strategic imperatives.

This is a "plug-and-play" role where you will take over complex, mid-lifecycle project work and lead it to successful execution.

Key Leadership Pillars

  • Leadership & Communication: Direct multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams. You must be able to synthesize and communicate complex technical/regulatory information clearly to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Bio.
  • Product Knowledge: Direct experience with Biological Devices is required.
  • Project Management: 5+ years of PM experience with complex, time-sensitive projects in a large corporate environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FDA regulatory pathways and biopharma industry standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing is required. A Master's degree in Mechanical or Biological disciplines is a very strong plus.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is expected.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% depending on program complexity.
  • Must have medical device experience.

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant supports site-level accounting and finance activities at the Detroit Salt mine, with a strong focus on payroll processing and plant accounting operations. This role is highly hands-on and operational, while also providing increased support for month-end close, inventory and production accounting, and financial analysis.

The position works closely with site leadership and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to Morton Salt financial policies. In addition to day-to-day accounting responsibilities, this role is expected to take on more advanced plant accounting activities over time and develop a deeper understanding of cost, inventory, and capital processes. This position is fully onsite and critical to daily mining and operational activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, including timecard review, exception handling, bonus calculations, payroll reporting, and issue resolution; maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards; required onsite presence during payroll cycles.
  • Serve as primary onsite payroll resource and coordinate closely with Corporate Payroll and HR.
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting, with heightened workload and required onsite presence during the first 510 days of each month.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and assist with analytical reporting for site and Corporate Finance.
  • Perform inventory and production accounting, including daily production entries, inventory tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with operations to ensure accurate reporting and support cycle count and inventory verification processes.
  • Manage accounts receivable activities, including deposits, lockbox postings, cash application, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare daily bank reconciliations and support cash reporting to Corporate Finance.
  • Assist with local banking and cash management activities as required.
  • Track fixed assets and capital projects, including depreciation and related reporting.
  • Support capital authorization requests and project tracking.
  • Assist with internal, external, and tax audits by preparing documentation and serving as a site-level finance contact.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, 2+ years in mining or manufacturing environment
  • Experience processing payroll and timekeeping
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
  • Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and strong business ethics when handling sensitive payroll information

Key Responsibilities


X86 Server Support & Service Execution

  • Maintain and expand Evernex’s supported X86 server product list.
  • Support the transition of outsourced service activity to internal Evernex capabilities where appropriate.
  • Assist in evaluating and onboarding backend support partners and field delivery partners.
  • Take part in the engineering standby/on‑call rotation in the future.


Advanced Technical Support

  • Handle escalated technical issues involving X86 server hardware from diagnosis through resolution.
  • Serve as a highly skilled resource for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
  • Provide knowledge sharing and situational guidance to other technical team members when appropriate.
  • Support sales engineering requests when assigned.
  • Maintain lab environment for diagnostics, testing, training, and validation activities.

Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or 3+ years of relevant hardware, field service, or enterprise technical support experience with multi‑OEM exposure. Preferred Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive enterprise hardware support experience
  • 3+ years supporting X86 server hardware in field service, enterprise operations, or OEM/TPM environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple OEM platforms (HPE, IBM/Lenovo, Dell/EMC, etc.).
  • OEM or TPM field support experience and/or remote technical support experience for X86 server or storage environments.
  • Ability and willingness to learn additional products outside current skillset, including participation in structured training programs.
  • Strong diagnostic and root‑cause analysis skills for X86 server hardware.
  • Clear, effective communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Ability to interpret OEM error codes, utilize knowledge bases, and apply effective troubleshooting methodologies.
