From your PASSION to ours
Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this position's main responsibility is following the ammonia refrigeration operational procedures to safely service and maintain all ammonia refrigeration equipment and components. Assist in maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations within the scope of Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA requirements (RMP).

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Be able to follow ammonia refrigeration operational procedures to safely service and maintain all ammonia refrigeration equipment and components. Assist in maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations within the scope of Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA requirements (RMP)
- Be able to pump out, disassemble, repair, and reassemble all types of refrigeration equipment while adhering to all mandated safety procedures Troubleshoot and repair ammonia compressors.
- Be able to be responsible for air compressors, boilers, generators, thermal fluid systems, HVAC systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, and water chilling systems and reporting any ammonia leakages. Also perform daily PMs on the equipment and perform boiler tests and condenser treatment tests.
- Be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical devices such as fuses, motors, motor starters, proximity switches, circuit breakers, receptacles and plugs. Note: PLC experience is a plus.
- Be able to use electrical equipment such as a volt meter and amp meter to determine electrical malfunctions on fuses, motors, motor starters and switches.
- Accountable for the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) standards as outlined in the plant's QRMP accountability document, including the implementation, improvement and ongoing maintenance.

- Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia Refrigeration systems
- Have at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- Have a strong electrical & mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints or other forms of engineering drawings
- Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematics

TITLE: Senior Maintenance Manager, Whey & RSPC
DUTIES: Manage and provide technical advisement to address and evaluate the Whey Plant and RSPC breakdowns, periodic maintenance and Maintenance Staff. Advise plant and leadership at the plant on policies, procedures and appropriate sourcing resources and other methods to best ensure to best ensure that parts/equipment/stock rooms have the critical spare parts, machinery aspects and other similar items in inventory. Ensure machine reliability, minimizing downtime and supporting food safety standards while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaborate with site & plant leadership, department managers and supervisors to align duties with the company's goals and values. Provide oversight on plant programs/processes to ensure the location is in compliance with relevant EPA regulations and the requests/mandates of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. Exercise independent judgement and serve as the technical expert leading in the evaluation and identification of maintenance problems and provide recommendations for correction. Keep abreast of current technology and possible improvements derived from such technology and provide training and technical expertise to employes on such technology. Manage staffing, scheduling and all other scheduling as needed. Meet with technicians daily for work order priorities, review breakdowns and issues, safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practice policies, department expenses, and efficiencies. Monitor Key Performance Indicators, maintain budget and look for ways to run efficiently from both a profit and energy savings standpoint.
HOURS: 40 per week
SALARY: $69,472.00 to $115,000.00 per year

Manufacturing Production- Reed City, MI
As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation and participation in startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment.
Shift hours:
- 8-hour shifts
- 2nd shift: 3 pm to 11 pm
- 3rd shift: 11 pm to 7 am
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including 4 hours prior to start or end of shift
- Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Shift and Crew will be determined during first week of hire; days off likely will not fall on weekend days
Pay:
- $22.16 per hour
- Additional $.35 per hour for hours worked on off-shifts
- Pay rate may increase when bidding to different positions within first week of employment

- Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Manufacturing Team Leader based in Reed City, MI.
The Manufacturing Team Leader will provide manufacturing leadership to deliver a world-class operation at the Reed City, MI, Yoplait facility. The Manufacturing Team Leader will lead, mentor, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results while leveraging continuous improvement tools and working cross-departmentally to troubleshoot and mitigate production inefficiencies.
The Manufacturing Team Leader must have flexibility with their working hours and will be primarily working 8-hour shifts on 2nd shift. Weekends are worked on a rotational schedule with the other Manufacturing Team Leaders and are typically 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM โ 5:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday). The Manufacturing Team Leader must be able to flex their hours to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support plant scheduling needs, complete project work. Proper notice will be given before moving shifts
