Candidate must have strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication skills, written and verbal, personal qualities of tact and dependability, possess good manual dexterity, vision abilities (close, distance color and ability to focus), able to carry at least 30 pounds continuously and 50 pounds occasionally, be able to stand for entire shift, be able to perform repetitive movements (e.g. twisting, gripping, lifting, bending, reaching) and must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends are required). Should be able to follow quality assurance policies and procedures.

1. Tests all raw materials, in-process/byproducts, and finished products specific to Sample Analysis Reference Table

2. Performs tests and provides results in a timely manner

3. Report out of specification results to Laboratory Supervisor, the Quality Control Office, and Production Supervision when appropriate

5. Checks samples that yield out of specification results and record appropriately

6. Work closely with the production and laboratory staff

The Operator I - Brine will operate the Brine equipment used to control the temperature, dimensions, and consistency of the cheese. * Safe operation of the Brine dip, and ultrafiltration (UF) system.

The Associate Manager, Portfolio Strategy & Planning will contribute to the strategic development, storytelling, commercialization and execution of retail initiatives across retail channels. This role will be the go-to headquarter partner for the Field Sales team - collaborating throughout the selling process to deliver the strongest, insight-driven narratives while working internally with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Trade Planning and Finance to ensure optimal execution of priorities. This role will specifically be responsible for the commercialization of Stonyfield Kids & Baby Products, sales strategy and performance analytics. • Manage Innovation Plan, working collaboratively with Marketing to ensure the right innovation is developed and shepherded through the commercialization process. Ensure critical sales deadlines are met without sacrificing the quality of the proposition.
• Utilize category management skills to develop fact-based sales presentations employing brand research to include customer and consumer syndicated data such as AC Nielson, IRI, Spins. Incorporate this information into on-going planning and decision making for focus brand(s).

* Will perform required quality checks for string, fresh mozzarella, shred, sticks, and mozzarella departments. To include such checks as metal detector checks, leaker checks, weight checks, analytical checks, and various other checks to verify product conforms to the product specification.

* When a quality check result does not confirm to requirements, performs necessary rechecks to confirm non-conformance.

* Assist with initiating the hold procedure to control non-conforming product at time of packaging.

* Pull samples from the line per sampling plan for each area to submit for microbiology, chemistry, sensory, shelf life, and/or pathogen analysis.

* Complete screen sort checks as defined in sorting procedure and properly tag product needing additional action to bring to conformance. To notify QA Clerk/supervisor/manager of major defects or patterns of defects in a timely manner.

The Warehouse Management Specialist (WMS) is responsible for supporting production and processing with the flow of raw materials and packaging through the facility. They will do this by verifying operator documentation, controlling losses, maintaining inventory accuracy and continuous cycle counting.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Responsible for all aspects of food safety and quality, as applicable and defined in plant and department procedures.
• Verify and maintain proper inventory accuracy to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Ensure all required inventory counts are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure no material shortages or downtime occur as a result of inventory discrepancies or inaccuracy.
• Ensure all reports/tasks are completed on time and accurately.
• Compare inventories & research discrepancies between WMS and SAP
• Provide timely and accurate information on raw material losses.
• Understand material ordering process and the role/responsibility of our offsite materials warehouse.
• Review and validate milk base batching sheets, consume materials to processing batch orders.
• Validate pallets produced per production, consume materials into production order.
• Teco (confirm production orders completed/closed) and final verification of high losses for accounting purposes.
• File Management of OCS and batching sheets to provide support and assist with traceability audits.
• Assist production and warehouse in making any corrections to quantities for produced finished goods pallets.
• Perform various work investigations, solve problems, collect data and complete work assignments as needed.
• Ensure physical counts of raw materials for inventory control take place and any necessary adjustments to include STO/COGI are completed timely.
• Assist operators with all WMS issues; schedule changes to meet demands, current tasks, relocations, etc.
• Manage the inventory and disposal of obsolete materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Associate's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse management systems within a manufacturing environment desirable.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SAP a must.
• Requires the ability to flex schedule as needed to meet business demands, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
• Ability to operate in a team environment
• Ability to adapt in a changing work environment

Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Operator I, Sanitation based in Nampa, ID.

As Operator I, Sanitation, you will clean the production lines by disassembling and reassembling machinery while following all safety and GMP procedures and policies.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Disassembles all the packaging equipment to clean and disinfect

* Follow and adhere to all safety and GMP procedures and policies

* Take necessary measures if people are performing unsafe acts or are in an unsafe environment.

* Perform daily swabs of equipment

. Reassembles all equipment taken apart and prepares equipment for production ensuring production will resume on clean equipment and in a timely manner.

* Maintain clean and organized work area by adhering to all housekeeping and GMP procedures

* Interact with associates to maintain efficient process flow

* Maintain open line of communication with all line workers, supervisors, and managers

* Perform sanitation duties as assigned by sanitation lead and supervisor

* Report problems and/or concerns to supervisors and/or management

* Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager

* Perform other work duties as assigned
