Level III Responsibilities
-Mechanical: Greasing and changing parts, making movement adjustments to machinery, aligning linear bearings and motors; drilling, grinding and cutting, basic lathe and milling, welding and modifying parts.
-Electrical: Reading schematics, using voltmeters, troubleshooting relay and PLC logic panels.
-Pneumatic: Adjusting flows, change/repair components
-Plumbing: Replace PVC, copper, galvanized and/or steel piping including making modifications

The Sr. National Sales Manager for ARAMARK and Sodexo/Entegra National Accounts is the strategic and commercial lead for these customers for Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. (Yoplait, Oui, Mountain High, and GoGURT). This role is accountable for maximizing compliance, negotiating profitable volume growth, and growing market share within the entire ARAMARK and Sodexo/Entegra eco-systems, which are comprised of many diverse channels from Colleges & Universities to Leisure and Arenas. This Leader executes the national strategy, manages the day-to-day relationship at the headquarters level, and drives field-level engagement to ensure program activation and adherence.
Account Ownership: Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Aramark, Sodexo/Entegra and manage the customer relationship locally. Develop and implement national strategies to increase sales, drive new product adoption, category penetration, and program upgrades across their operating units.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage annual operating plans, national contracts, and promotional calendars, ensuring maximum recovery of trade spend and compliance targets.
Field Execution: Work closely with the Broker team to ensure the national programs are accurately executed at the local site level and that all operational issues (\"last mile\" issues) are resolved promptly.

The Sr. National Sales Manager for K-12 Bid is the subject matter expert responsible for the national K-12 bid strategy, planning, and execution of our Lactalis Midwest Yogurt, Inc. Portfolio (Yoplait, GoGURT, Trix Yogurt, & Mountain High) within the K-12 segment. This is a highly analytical and technical commercial role focused on maximizing our participation and profitability in all state and national school district bid cycles, aligning our product portfolio with USDA SBP/NSLP/CACFP regulations. This Leader works in close cooperation with the Trade & Finance Teams internally to set the multi-year bid strategy, and is a key influencer to Marketing & R&D to establish the innovation pipeline in the K-12 channel. This Leader also works closely with the K-12 Bid Specialist team at the Broker to execute the strategy flawlessly nationwide in each cycle.

Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor based in Tulare, CA.
The Maintenance Supervisor will provide leadership to the Maintenance Department in establishing, organizing, planning, and implementing maintenance programs which will support the maintenance strategy across all three shifts of the operation.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Owner for Maintenance programs such as Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, Equipment Overhauls, and Equipment Upgrades. -Position includes the supervision, development, training program and certification needs for the site maintenance team, and the provision of any of the technical services needed to support.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will act as coach/mentor for the Maintenance Planners and Leads for the factory to ensure deep dives into break down elimination and support preventive maintenance planning. Monitor performance of PM compliance goals. Supports Maintenance Leads to prioritize work for execution. Prioritize work as it pertains to food safety and human safety. Provide coaching to areas on equipment reliability.
- The Maintenance Supervisor will provide cross functional support with the Engineering Department for capital projects executed at the site. This will include as appropriate: cost justification, design feedback, project implementation when local labor is used, and support at startups. They will provide back-up support for projects as needed.
- This position will know, understand, enforce, and comply with the sites Environmental Policy. This position targets to support and introduce initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
- The supervisor ensures maintenance supports production of high-quality food products. Leveraging team members to propose and execute work that assures compliance to specifications and increases consumer satisfaction.
- The position keeps eye on cash flow per budget (MRO and labor), proposing capital projects where appropriate. Manage stockroom costs and best practices to site practices. Ensure critical spare parts and materials are available as needed.
- The supervisor will support and propose new initiatives to reduce utility costs. This can include through improved efficiency and procurement practices.

The Processing Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing processing employees on assigned shifts. - Work with other Material Handlers and filler operators to ensure materials needed are staged in a timely fashion.
- Receive in-coming raw materials and supplies.
- Use handheld device receive and transfer inventory items in and out of warehouse stock.
- Facilitate raw material cycle counts and assist in reconciling inventory to aid Procurement in the release of purchase orders.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all dry goods warehouse.
- Check for shortages and reject damaged goods on incoming freight deliveries.
- Build various raw material orders to be shipped to co-packers.
- Keep recycling area presentable at all times and accurately complete the proper waste tracking forms.
- Unload collected recyclable material into balers and other dedicated recycling bins.
- Maintain records and documents as necessary.
- Receive plant chemicals and transfer them into secondary storage containers.
- Prepare collection bins as needed. Operate the bin washer if necessary.
- Create bales of plastic & cardboard from the vertical balers, and manually bale rebox cardboard.
- Operate power industrial equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, crane, balers, compactor and bin washer in a safe manner at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing filler and packaging employees on assigned shifts. Key duties include planning and overseeing daily tasks, resolving operational roadblocks and employee concerns, and strictly enforcing all safety and quality protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
