-Mechanical: Greasing and changing parts, making movement adjustments to machinery, aligning linear bearings and motors; drilling, grinding and cutting, basic lathe and milling, welding and modifying parts.
-Electrical: Reading schematics, using voltmeters, troubleshooting relay and PLC logic panels.
-Pneumatic: Adjusting flows, change/repair components

As a Cheese Mover, you will be responsible for moving cheese between curing rooms, maintaining efficiency and high-quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. Additionally, you will perform sanitation duties, report issues, and champion a safe work environment by addressing unsafe acts and conditions.

Lab Technician 1 will be responsible for a variety of activities that support and provide technical assistance to Research and Development, Corporate Plants, and Corporate Quality Assurance. Perform routine testing on all Liquid and Solid samples provided to the lab from Plants, QA, and R&D, including company samples and competitor samples as provided by Marketing and Sales.

- Perform all analytical tests to properly evaluate each product provided to the laboratory. Testing to include, but is not limited to Fat, Moisture, Calcium, Salt, Protein.
- Sample and provide assistance to have samples tested, when required, at an outside lab for chemistry and microbiology. Provide all analytical data results to Lab Manager and or/Project Manager in an organized and clear format. Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of analytical equipment and laboratory area. Monitor chemical reagents and notify Lab Manager when supplies are running low.
- Work closely with laboratory staff.
- Provide technical assistance as needed for Aware of and practice Plant's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as well as Good Sanitation Practices (GSP).

The Revenue Growth Manager will apply analytics to better understand, predict, and shape the customer path-to-purchase. This will optimize everyday product pricing, as well as promotional frequency and depth at key customers, while driving profitable revenue growth. This role will lead the business unit in achieving the goal of optimizing trade and marginal contribution through the use of elasticity-based modeling tools: the PTA tool for the grocery and mass merchandising channels, and the elasticity tool for the natural channel. The Revenue Growth Manager will encourage stronger cross-functional collaboration, embrace dynamic scenario planning, and adopt more joint value approaches with retailers. This role reports to the Senior Director, Customer Strategy and Planning.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Lead the creation of overall market strategy, as well as customer specific everyday price and promotional strategy including the development of Average Margin Per Sale (AMPS) (merchandising and pricing) and net unit cost guidelines, as well as the overall management of Total LUSY and customer specific trade. Builds and shares practices with cross-functional teams including Customer Strategy and Planning, Field Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Commercial Finance.
- Utilize elasticity-based modeling tools to identify optimal everyday pricing and promotional plans for our key brands, and pack groups for our top customers.
- Utilize consumption and category insight data to help the Customer Strategy and Planning, and Sales Teams execute these plans with our customers.
- Analyze external and internal promotional landscape on a monthly basis through monitoring retail promotion landscape across key accounts, promotional analysis across channels, and understanding key competitive pricing in order to inform and influence strategy.

Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Safety Assistant based in Murfreesboro, TN.
This position will report to the site Health, Safety and Environment Manager. This position will support HSE management and transformation at the Yoplait plant in Murfreesboro, Tennessee ensuring integration of Safety 2.0 principles, processes, and metrics, and enabling operational learning within the manufacturing function.
As a part of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for managing critical Health and Safety risks and ensuring effective controls for conditions with Serious Injury/Fatality potential.
Act as a coach and advisor to the site, providing exceptional leadership and technical assistance in managing safety and health critical risks. Enables operational learning through application of human performance principles, while assisting the site in maintaining compliance with local regulatory and Company Safety and Health & Safety requirements.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Co-lead the site Emergency Response Program and coordinates with site teams and local emergency agencies.
- Provides support with Worker's Compensation case management at the local level and coordinates closely with corporate resources and insurance company representatives.
- Lead facility regulatory safety training and maintain required training records.
- Provides support to front line leadership in risk identification and mitigation.
- Ensure compliance relating to all state and federal regulations established for business unit's employees and existing equipment.
- Provide support for operational learning teams related to significant H&S incidents.
- Provide support on OSHA standards, incident analysis and other compliance initiatives to ensure the facility meets all corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and audit chemical inventory annually
- Collaborates with HSE Manager to develop content, training plans, and documentation/tracking as required.
- Oversee and lead required safety inspections, PM's, etc. within our comprehensive HSE database (GSTEMS).
- Actively participate in site safety committees.
- Monitors facility performance against H&S goals and objectives then communicates results to Central Safety Committee.
- Assist in implementing controls that protect human health & safety.
- Provides support for Process Safety Management program (ammonia) on site to effectively control and manage hazardous chemicals and ensure compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910
- A minimum of 1 year in a Health & Safety related field OR A Bachelor's degree in a related field
- OSHA 10-Hour or OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training
- Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and written/oral communication skills
- Proficient in computer software applications and media technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in worker's compensation case management
- Experience working directly with operations team members in a manufacturing
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing

The intern will performs a variety of duties in support of the Supply Chain operations. The intern work across multiple functions of the Supply Chain department (Logistics, Production Planning, Forecasting, Milk Procurement and Customer Service), to execute ideas, solutions and recommendations into systems and processes supporting the focus of the department and company. in this position, the intern will work 25-40 hours/week for duration of one year at the Corporate Offices.

- Will provide support to Supply Chain Financial analyst as needed.
- Precise, timely, and professional communication with personnel in various departments.
- Develop and coordinate cross-functional project plans and critical paths by utilizing various planning tools (Stratum, Prism, Excel, and attend periodic team meetings) in order to ensure timely implementation of Supply Chain initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
