The City of Renton Parks and Recreation Department is excited to announce we are recruiting for Recreation Leaders. We are recruiting for two different programs our Summer Day Camp Program at the Highlands Neighborhood Center and our Summer Meals Program that operates at various Renton parks. As a Recreation Leader you will assist the Recreation Program Coordinators and other City staff with planning, preparing, and implementing theme-based activities for youth ranging in age from 6-14 years old. Activities include field trips, special events, crafts, music, games, STEM instruction and sports. These positions are also responsible for the set-up, take-down, security and general cleaning of the facility/park. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

The Driscoll Health System is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Hematology/Oncologist to join a robust program engaged in providing the highest standard of patient care for the children of South Texas. We have an opening at our Rio Grande Valley location!
This is an opportunity to join a growing division making a substantial impact on an underserved population. The division manages children and young adults with a full range of hematology and oncology diagnoses. We are an active member of the Childrenβs Oncology Group, seeing 50-60 new oncology patients per year. Our multidisciplinary team includes dedicated CRAs, Pharm. D, case manager, registered dietitian, social workers, child-life specialist and chaplain.
This is primarily a clinical position best suited for someone interested in the care of both hematology and oncology patients. The successful candidate will provide care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, participate in COG research and tumor boards.
The ideal candidate will be a BE/BC Pediatric Hematology/Oncologist and eligible for licensure in the state of Texas. Successful applicants will enjoy a highly competitive compensation package.

The new eight-level hospital is located in Edinburg, Texas, and is one of two freestanding childrenβs hospitals within the Driscoll Health System. Driscoll Childrenβs Hospital β RGV is the only designated free-standing childrenβs hospital in the Rio Grande Valley. Driscoll Health System serves a vast area, covering 33 counties and 33,000 square miles, with a patient population presenting complex and high-acuity medical conditions.

The Role: Sales Development Representative (Lead Manager / Acquisitions Specialist)
This is a high-activity, phone-first role for communicators who are quick on their feet and relentless in their follow-through. As an SDR, you are the engine that powers GG Homes' acquisition pipeline. You'll be cold calling potential sellers, managing and qualifying inbound leads, and setting high-quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers to close.
You won't be waiting for deals to come to youβyou'll be creating them. Every call is a chance to build rapport, uncover motivation, and move a potential deal forward. The best SDRs treat their lead lists like a business, attack every dial with purpose, and take pride in the quality of the appointments they set.
What You'll Actually Do
- Cold call property owners from targeted lead lists to generate seller interest and uncover motivated leads
- Qualify inbound leads quickly and accurately, identifying the right sellers for our Acquisitions team
- Set high-quality, confirmed appointments for Acquisitions Managersβquality matters as much as quantity
- Build genuine rapport with sellers over the phone, earning trust and keeping conversations moving forward
- Follow up consistently with leads who aren't ready yet, turning "not now" into "let's meet"
- Manage your pipeline with precision in Salesforce, keeping every lead properly tracked and updated
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting targets
- Communicate clearly with Acquisitions Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and maximum close rates

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and professional First Officer to join our Part 91 corporate flight department operating a Gulfstream G650 based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the Greensboro area.
This position supports executive leadership through domestic and international operations and plays an important role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and service standards of the department. As part of a dedicated two-pilot team, the selected candidate will contribute to flight operations, planning, aircraft readiness, and the overall passenger experience.
Department Environment
Our flight department operates a single Gulfstream G650 in support of executive travel. As a small, highly collaborative team, we value professionalism, accountability, discretion, and a commitment to operational excellence.
The First Officer will work closely with the Chief Pilot in all aspects of flight operations and will be positioned for future Captain upgrade consideration based on performance, leadership development, and operational needs.
Schedule & Quality of Life
This Part 91 operation emphasizes long-range planning and schedule predictability. In most cases, trips are scheduled with approximately 60 days of advance visibility.
While flexibility is essential in corporate aviation, short-notice trips are infrequent and typically occur only under rare or unexpected circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate β Airplane Multi-Engine Land
- Current FAA First Class Medical
- Valid U.S. Passport with no travel restrictions
- 4,000 hours total flight time
- 3,000 hours multi-engine time
- 2,000 hours jet/turbine time
- Recent jet experience within the preceding 12 months
- Recent corporate aviation experience operating jet aircraft
- Experience conducting both domestic and international operations
Preferred Qualifications
- G-V Type Rating (G650 experience strongly preferred)
- Experience in the Gulfstream GV-series (GV, G550, G500, G600, G650, or G650ER)
- Heavy corporate jet experience preferred, including Gulfstream large-cabin series, Bombardier Global series, or Dassault Falcon 7X / 8X
- International operational experience including oceanic procedures, CPDLC, and global flight planning
- Prior Part 91 corporate flight department experience
- Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to long-term professional growth
