The F-22 Raptor Team is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in Berkeley, MO or Richardson, TX to join the F-22 Raptor Mission Design and Analysis Team with a focus on developing cutting edge engineering solutions to continue to advance the world’s premier air superiority fighter.

As a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for developing engineering solutions for the F-22 Raptor, including both enhancing existing field units with the addition of new capabilities, as well as architecting and testing completely new systems. In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team to progress our products through the development lifecycle. Tasks include developing requirements to support customer needs, designing a networked architecture to enable new capabilities, and analyzing test data.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Responsible Engineers, customer technical staff, suppliers, and Lockheed Martin teammates to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements for F-22 avionics sub-systems and weapon system architecture

  • Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications in support of lab and operational environments

  • Analyzes test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.

The Safety, Security & Airworthiness organization is seeking to fill a Senior Manager position within the Enterprise Regulatory Administration team. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking KC-46 Mission Systems Avionics Engineers to join the KC-46 team as equipment managers in Everett, WA or Tukwila, WA . This role will primarily be responsible for supporting engineering design, integration, test, certification, and hardware/software management for assigned mission systems avionics sub-systems.

The Boeing KC-46 Pegasus is the USAF's new aerial refueling tanker aircraft designed to support multi-role missions including refueling, cargo/passenger transport, and medevac airlift. The KC-46 is a military commercial derivative aircraft based on the Boeing 767-2C aircraft and modified per USAF specifications for the primary mission of aerial refueling US and Allied aircraft using either the Hose & Drogue systems or the Boom. The KC-46 is also equipped with a suite of self-defensive and tactical situational awareness systems that allows the aircraft to get closer to the fight when supporting combat missions.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer who is driven by ownership and impact. The ideal candidate is prepared to lead technical decisions, mentor others through the delivery of high-quality code, and contribute to the transformation of a stable enterprise into a faster, more modern organization.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and build backend systems and APIs in C# / .NET with SQL (the position includes integration with DB2 on mainframe β€” direct mainframe coding is not required, though working knowledge is expected)
  • Modernize legacy systems β€” decompose, refactor, and replace where it makes sense
  • Own technical decisions across patterns, architecture, and trade-offs, bringing sound engineering judgment to all aspects of the role
  • Contribute to frontend work as needed (this is not a full-stack role, though comfort with HTML/CSS/JS is expected)
  • Write tests, champion CI/CD practices, and deliver reliable, production-quality code
  • Mentor team members through code reviews and pairing sessions, contributing to the elevation of engineering standards


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years building software, with depth in backend/API development
  • C# / .NET expertise as a primary development platform
  • SQL proficiency, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex query plans
  • Well-developed engineering practices β€” including SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies β€” with demonstrated, hands-on application rather than theoretical knowledge alone
  • Strong system design instincts, with the ability to identify trade-offs and ask the right questions during architectural discussions
  • Comfort with ambiguity β€” requirements are not always fully defined, and the ability to clarify, decompose, and drive forward is essential
  • Prior experience modernizing legacy systems, or a demonstrated enthusiasm for doing so

Education, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline required.

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and report generation.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Purpose


The Senior Sourcing Analyst role for enterprise sourcing is responsible with providing strategic sourcing strategies, market price indexing, stakeholder management, bid package development, supplier selection, contract development, and implementation support of Enterprise Sourcing related subcategories within, but not limited to Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Office Supplies, Travel, Finance, and Legal.


Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree (preferred degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, finance or similar field)
  • The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Management, Sourcing, Procurement Operations, or Analytics/Reporting
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, procurement technology, supplier relationship management, and procurement catalog management
  • Procure to Pay Systems knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong strategy development and financial analysis
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimum oversight

Essential job Functions


  • Lead annual spend management strategies of $30M+ while cultivating tactical, critical, and strategic incumbent or prospect suppliers in the marketplace who support our store-level, regional, national, or corporate HQ sourcing needs at Floor & Decor.
  • Exercise sourcing process awareness and critical supplier categorization analysis in leading the evaluation and down-selection of qualified suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Perform periodic market trend analysis for specific subcategories, analyze supply base trends, and model industry shifts which may have a negative or positive material cost impact to Floor & Decor’s Business Unit P&Ls.
  • Drive coordination, communication, and implementation of the Indirect Procurement Team’s regional and national sourcing methodology and purchasing policy.
  • Establish relationships with Finance & Corporate Legal to aid in the independent oversight of Indirect Procurement RFI, RFQ, and RFP sourcing activity (i.e. requirements gathering, bid package development, negotiations, contracting, risk mitigation) for key subcategories and critical projects below $1M.
  • Manage subcategory and key supplier Post Contract Procure-to-Pay activity, which includes but is not limited to New Vendor Set Up, Inventory Strategies, and Purchasing Transaction Escalations.
  • Support enterprise-wide Spend Management, Supplier Development & Performance Score-carding, and Enterprise Risk initiatives while aiding in the development, stakeholder awareness, and rollout of the subcategory implementation.
