Strategic Promotional Planning Manager
(Revenue Growth Management)
As the Revenue Growth Manager you will directly support the National Retail Sales team. You will be responsible for partnering with Sales Leadership to develop the strategies and plans necessary to meet the organization's revenue growth deliverables for your area of responsibility. Your main focus will be working with the enterprise's data sources and trade solutions to harvest insight and influence the pricing and promotional actions needed to drive business results while adhering to the commercial strategy and acting coherently within the marketplace. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions including Sales and Finance.
What you will do:
Creation of the customer/channel topline plan for beverages and appliances
• Assists with the development of 52 week price/package/promotional plan to achieve revenue and volume goals
• Evaluation of customer specific sources of growth
In Year Topline Management & Execution
• Responsible for developing and evolving customer revenue forecast (volume, price, trade) and managing to approved budget
• Evaluation of Joint Business Plan (JBP) metrics with Customer (e.g. revenue, customer margin, share)
• Accountable for team performance management routines measuring topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance vs plan drivers
Identify and leverage customer specific insights to deliver optimized trade promotions
• Evaluation of promotional effectiveness for customer activities (Return On Investment (ROI), Household (HH) penetration), Volume lift
• Provide a linkage from sales team to headquarter RGM team to ensure delivery of thought leadership & analytical acumen to account team
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $ 97,000 - $135,000

Manager of Territory Sales is a results-oriented, strategic thinker, able to develop and deliver their agenda. Production Technician II - Williamson, NYThe Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. Production Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing personnel, process, materials and equipment from start to end. This individual is accountable for delivering the established site goals, as well as collaborating with site leadership to establish and lead processes that achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and high employee engagement. Our Williamson facility runs 24/7 creating our famous MOTTS products as well as some of our other delicious brands and flavors of beverages. This role is a Non-union role; however, our production team is Unionized. This individual will be heavily involved in Labor Relations.
Shifts & Schedule: This full-time position will be supporting our Night Shift. Additional flexibility to work overtime.
Position Responsibilities
- Assumes a shared role as a safety champion that inspires team members to embrace and be accountable for personal safety. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment, free of slip/trip hazards; maintain compliance to meet/exceed all site and regulatory requirements.
- Will be a culture champion and, in a position to support and mentor our leaders.
- Direct all departmental related activities to ensure the timely execution of the production schedule to meet production and service goals. Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting inventory management goals, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Deliver cost and performance, complete projects & assignments on time, and according to plan. Partners with site leadership to develop and execute a capital plan for the site.
- Ensures adherence to food safety, regulatory and quality guidelines.
- Leverages Lean, 5S, and TPM principles to drive process improvement across all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality and productivity. Identify, recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives in the production operation including process, machinery, method and material changes, in support of plant goals. Develop and streamline procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas.
- Proactively engages maintenance and technical functions to work in unison with operations team members to maintain equipment in OEM conditions safely, efficiently, and cost effectively with minimal disruption to customer service.
- Drives employee engagement using HPT principles; Sets goals, assesses performance, ensures open communication, provides coaching, and establishes a team atmosphere.
- Develops procedures, protocols, and standardized work; Ensures/Provides training to develop/grow direct reports.
- Manage all employee related issues within the department. Effectively manage departmental staffing requirements in accordance to the operating budget.
- Guide and support technicians in trouble-shooting production equipment when necessary.
- Well organized, high energy, data driven, and results oriented.

Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Account Manager who can run day-to-day customer needs and also convert inbound warm leads into new programs. You’ll own customer communication, coordinate internal execution, and move opportunities forward, from initial request to quote to launch.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and follow-through, has a sales mindset, and can comfortably pick up the phone to progress warm opportunities. You won’t be expected to do heavy cold calling, but you should be willing to do light outbound(follow-ups, reactivating old leads, and reaching out to similar prospects) to keep the pipeline active.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Customer Execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and keep communication clear, fast, and organized.
- Coordinate programs with Production, Scheduling, Procurement, Quality, and Shipping to ensure smooth execution.
- Track key job details (specs, BOMs, artwork, packaging components, ship dates) and keep documentation current.
- Provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure customers stay confident in timelines and deliverables.
Inbound Warm Leads + New Business Support
- Take ownership of inbound lead flow (website inquiries, referrals, existing customer requests, warm introductions).
- Qualify inbound requests: understand product, volume, packaging format, timelines, and success criteria.
- Coordinate internal inputs to build quotes and proposals (scope, assumptions, lead times, and pricing support).
- Follow up consistently to move opportunities from request → quote → decision → launch.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new SKUs, new formats, value-added services).
- Perform light outbound to drive growth: re-engage past inquiries, follow up on dormant quotes, and outreach to lookalike prospects in targeted categories.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, logistics, or manufacturing/operations support.
- Comfortable speaking with customers, asking good questions, and following up until there’s a clear next step.
- Strong organization: able to manage multiple active opportunities and projects at once.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
- Practical, team-first mindset; able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to contract packaging, co-manufacturing, fulfillment, or CPG.
- Familiarity with packaging components (labels, cartons, corrugate, films) and retail requirements.
- Experience in SQF/GMP or quality documentation environments.
