Superintendent – Multifamily Renovations

Location: [Flower Mound, TX] | Full-Time | 50% Travel Required

We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead multifamily apartment renovation projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to manage multiple trades, and take pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on multifamily renovation projects

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews

• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Lead interior unit renovations (kitchens, baths, flooring, paint)

• Coordinate exterior upgrades (roofing, siding, windows) and amenity renovations

• Maintain safety compliance (OSHA standards)

• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors

• Minimize disruption in occupied properties while maintaining strong resident relations

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years construction experience (3+ in multifamily renovations)

• Strong leadership and scheduling skills

• Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades

• Experience working in occupied apartment communities

• Familiarity with Procore, MS Office, Xactimate, or similar software

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
