Responsibilities: About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
- Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
- Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
- Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
- Provide services at the member's place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

Looking for an experienced medical director to lead our palliative care practice at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney. The medical director will manage the day-to-day operations of the group, including staffing, schedule oversight, and quality initiatives, while also collaborating with the hospital departments and leadership. Key Accounts Manager (KAM) Plastics Colors and Additives:
Summary:
Key Accounts Manager (KAM) Plastics Colors and Additives: is responsible for the growth of Peacock Color and Vortex Liquid Color product sales in the Americas. Focus on retaining and growing current customers, pipeline of new customer development and closure, forecasting, support customer orders, line scheduling and maintaining all customers within payment terms. Scout new potential customers in previously unknown industrial markets and/or new applications. Create, maintain, and close opportunity in the pipeline to drive above-market growth. Key successes factors include negotiating, project management, networking and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ability to communicate effectively with all employees as well all customers. Upholds and supports organizational goals and values. Ability to handle multiple activities and must be outgoing, self-driven, pleasant & very personable.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development & Sales Management:
- Own the relationship and projects at core customers and find new opportunities for growth within the accounts. Improve PCC share via gaining competition share.
- Find new/new accounts and drive new business growth by gaining technical specification at customer in the Americas. Understand Customer CTQ’s and relate it back to technical team to develop product for commercial success.
- Balance short term and long-term business objective effectively: drive new business growth and building a strong target position for the future.
- Develop strong technical understanding of Color and liquid color products in traditional and new application area.
- Identify and assess the current customer base and prospects for selling additional PCC. This includes selling price, volume, and customer buying criteria, market/business dynamics and entry strategies.
- Relationships & customer satisfaction.
- Short-term & long-term forecasts.
- Manage complaints.
- Manage credit terms/account receivables.
- Proactively leverage relationships to obtain the Voice of Customers, understand & articulate value propositions, and monitor the competitive landscape.
Project Management:
- Utilize skills to map new business projects and application development (see below)
- Manage projects and developments through the development process and drive completion of milestones per established timelines.

Application Development:
- Utilize specific technical expertise to translate innovations and differentiated products to commercial success.

QUALIFYING & REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree in business, science or engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in differentiated markets.

- Business development, application development, project management, and pull-through marketing experience with proven track record.
- Background in the plastics industry, but not required.

Design graphics that will be seen globally. As an Associate Women’s Graphic Designer supporting Off-White Womenswear and Scotch & Soda, you will contribute to seasonal collections for two internationally recognized brands with distinct and influential creative identities.
Reporting to the Art Director, you will help shape seasonal graphics, prints, embroideries, and branded assets — translating creative direction into precise, production-ready artwork. This role offers hands-on involvement in the full graphic development process, from concept exploration through final production approval.
Working cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Production, and global vendor partners, you will ensure artwork is executed with technical accuracy, brand consistency, and commercial awareness. The ideal candidate brings strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for contemporary fashion graphics within a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the development of seasonal graphic concepts, prints, placements, and embroideries that reflect the distinct identities of Off-White and Scotch & Soda while aligning with global brand strategies.
· Translate creative direction into accurate, production-ready artwork packages, ensuring technical precision, correct scaling, color separations, and placement for global manufacturing.
· Prepare detailed technical worksheets and graphic specification packages, including CAD layouts, measurement callouts, color standards, and construction notes to support seamless development and production execution.
· Collaborate closely with Product Development and overseas vendors to review strike-offs, lab dips, embroidery samples, and print submissions, ensuring artwork integrity and brand consistency through final approval.
· Contribute to original artwork development, typography exploration, and visual storytelling that supports seasonal narratives and branded collections.
· Manage artwork revisions and updates throughout the development cycle, maintaining version control and organized digital asset libraries.
· Research global graphic trends, print techniques, and cultural influences to inform innovative, commercially relevant design solutions.
· Balance multiple seasons and deadlines within a fast-paced calendar while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and operational excellence.
· Leverage advanced AI-driven design tools, including Straight Lines AI, to support concept development, print exploration, and workflow optimization. Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
· 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (fashion industry preferred)
· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong digital file management skills
· Pointecarre experience is a plus
· Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual balance
· Understanding of garment construction and production processes
· Experience working with branded collections in womenswear or sportswear
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
· Experience with PLM systems
· Familiarity or interest in leveraging AI-driven creative tools within the design process is a plus
