• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule
• 12 - 15 patients per day
• Hybrid work with telehealth component available
• EMG and Botox procedures required
• EEG experience preferred
• Telehealth experience highly valued
• Minimum 2 weeks per month commitment
• Board certification required
