• 19 shifts per month with 12-hour shifts available
• 18 - 20 patients per shift
• Emergency department setting
• Pediatric care skills required for all age groups
• Low to moderate patient acuity with 1% pediatrics
• Annual volume of 13,140 patients
• No rounding required
