Responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda
• Preparing pleadings and other legal documents
• Occasionally appearing in court
• Collaborating with colleagues as a team player

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law (additional state licenses are a plus)
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
