Day-to-Day:
The night operator shift is typically low-to-moderate call volume (often ~8 calls/night, with peaks as needed). Our large pharmaceutical client in Spring House, PA is seeking a lab-based Protein Purification Scientist to work in a fast-paced R&D environment applying rigorous scientific principles towards groundbreaking biological therapeutics. This person will employ protein purification and biochemistry techniques to assist in discovering new medicines. In this capacity, they will purify and characterize monoclonal antibodies, multispecifics, and other biomolecules to enable robust in vitro characterization and in vivo studies, and will use AKTA systems to purify proteins via affinity and other chromatography methods such as size exclusion and ion exchange. They will also use HPLCs and other biochemical analytical techniques for characterization. Primary responsibilities include:
- Make the highest quality lead candidate proteins using protein purification platforms such as AKTA FPLC
- Take requests from the Protein Expression team and change from unpurified raw material to fully purified material in ~2-week turnaround by employing chromatography techniques such as affinity, ion exchange and size exclusion to ultimately release the protein to the user who needs it for their study
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments
- Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks in a timely fashion and prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, etc.
- Collaborate and communicate with other scientists in a multifaceted and dynamic research environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related field
- 2+ years of protein purification experience in industry (ideally 3-5 years) with FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) techniques size exclusion, affinity, and ion exchange
- Experience with AKTA systems
- Experience with protein purification and characterization combined with an understanding of therapeutic proteins and the drug discovery process
- Experience maintaining a laboratory notebook
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (flexible based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Summary
As a VDC Detailer, you will convert engineering intent into highly constructible, fully coordinated mechanical models and shop drawings. Youβll partner closely with project managers, field leaders, and fabrication teams to support coordinated installation, prefabrication strategies, and modular delivery approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Build accurate fabrication-ready LOD 400 models for ductwork, piping, plumbing, and mechanical equipment using Revit and Fabrication tools.
- Incorporate company standards for families, parameters, naming conventions, and file structure within ACC/BIM 360.
- Produce complete shop deliverables, including annotated drawings, spool sheets, hanger/support layouts, sleeve/penetration plans, and equipment layouts.
- Generate point/export files for total station/Trimble, and issue CNC/fabrication deliverables to the shop.
- Run and participate in clash detection sessions, manage issue tracking in Revizto, and work with GCs and other trades to drive resolution.
- Maintain federated models, viewpoints, issue logs, and documentation of model changes and coordination decisions.
- Support RFIs, change orders, and updates to as-builts/record models.
- Perform QA/QC checks to ensure constructability, code compliance, and field-ready accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, foremen, trade partners, and vendors to align model deliverables with project milestones and schedules.

Will be managing the projects related to the permit sets, construction documents, master set construction documents, maintenance/creation and filling permit orders.
