Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Oversight
- Monitor and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, storage, and distribution.
- Track key delivery performance indicators, analyze data to identify bottlenecks, and develop actionable improvement plans.

Venture Capital (VC) Senior Associate/Associate
All Venture Team members play a pivotal role as part of the investment due diligence process and post-investment, as part of scaling the portfolio company. As an organization, we embrace diversity of thought, listen with an open mind, think big and concretely, and invest with the mission in mind.
A VC Senior Associate/Associate helps execute our investment strategy by researching promising technology markets. About the Role
Bexorg is seeking a highly experienced, trusted, and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic execution partner to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is singularly focused on maximizing CEO effectiveness, operating leverage, and follow-through across a complex and fast-moving organization.
This role acts as an extension of the CEOβowning executive-level calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation and follow-through, travel and expense coordination, and governance support tied to the Board and executive leadership cadence. Position Overview
The Applications Chemist will play a critical role in translating P2 Science's ingredient chemistry into real-world cosmetic performance. We are seeking an individual who works independently, formulates across multiple product categories, and partners closely with commercial, marketing, and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate possesses hands-on cosmetic chemistry experience, is comfortable working autonomously, and understands how to develop credible performance data and claims for ingredients and finished formulations via instrumental analyses and conducting internal studies.
Key Responsibilities
Formulation & Applications Development
- Independently formulate personal care prototypes across multiple categories (e.g., skincare, hair care, body care, color cosmetics, lip care, fragrance-adjacent applications)
- Develop chassis formulations to support claims testing to demonstrate the performance benefits of P2 Science ingredients
- Customize formulations to support customer requests, troubleshooting, and reformulation efforts
- Evaluate ingredient compatibility, stability, and performance in finished systems
Performance Testing & Claims Support
- Design and execute in-house performance testing (sensory, moisturization, occlusivity, slip, longevity, conditioning, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in Indiana and an Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification

- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patientsβ dental health

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with strong focus on ITSM module. Intermediate level of knowledge, or greater, of CSM module.
- Expert-level knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining complex workflows using Flow Designer.
- Demonstrated experience with Service Catalog, Record Producers, Workflows, and Approvals.
- Proficient with Service Portal development (custom widgets, AngularJS, HTML/CSS).
- Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent and conversational automation design.
- Experience working with Predictive Intelligence features, including model training, implementation, and tuning.
- Extensive experience integrating third-party systems with ServiceNow via REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub. Deep understanding of mitigating business disruptions during these integrations.
