Responsible for protecting the Associates, assets and brands of TJX US by monitoring US facilities and responding to incidents as they occur. This monitoring will take place 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays is essential. The main duties to be completed within the role of GIS SOC Operator include but not limited to the following:
- Effective and accurate management and prioritization of alarm activations across a variety of platforms in accordance with procedure across the TJX US facilities
- Responsible for all control room operations, including CCTV review.
- Ensure that all incidents are dealt with, logged and communicated in accordance with procedures
- Provide operational support to the GIS SOC Specialists, Supervisors, or appropriate Managers
- Support major incident command, control and crisis management and provide recommendations.
- Knowledge of how to use security and fire alarm systems
- Must be able to be contacted while on shift
- Be open and willing to undertake new training across GIS SOC functions. This may require an adjustment in scheduling to business needs

- Bachelor's degree or 1-4 years of experience in lieu of degree
- working experience with Incident Management and Change Management
- Prior experience in Operations or a fast-paced, high stress environment with the requirement to resolve multiple interruption-driven priorities simultaneously.

Job Description:
The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist is responsible for playing a leadership role in helping to define our reporting strategy. In this role you will effectively partner with logistics leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and translate requirements into visual reports and dashboards. The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist will perform their job duties without supervision and is expected to perform real-time operational or strategic decision making without supervision when appropriate. Responsibilities include providing creative and structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and the ability to communicate findings clearly across the organization, as well as assisting and mentoring “junior” Reporting Specialist.

Position functions:
- Conduct synthesis of organic compounds and polymers at laboratory scale through several hundred grams.
- Use analytical tests to facilitate effective process development, characterize products and ensure final product quality.

About the position:
The Clinical NGS Laboratory Technician performs high complexity laboratory testing on patient specimens across various assays and platforms. This role will be performing quality control and quality assurance procedures while complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laboratory requirements. Including CAP/CLIA and New York State Requirements.
The position is full-time withweekend coverage needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing specimens for high complexity testing using automated systems and/or manual procedures in accordance with the laboratory’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accession samples in LIMS.·
- Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) with other sequencing and assay platforms.·
- Some of the processes: DNA isolation – Manual and Automated, Generate NGS libraries, Manual and Automated, PCR amplification,
- NGS using Illumina NovaSeq6000 and Nanopore PromethION platforms, data analysis, tissue, and cell culture.
- Maintain strict standards of quality.
- Assist in general upkeep of the laboratory.
- Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.
- Write, review, and maintain SOPs and Policies.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments according to SOPs.
- Participate in continuing education.

Education & Skills:
- A BSc, MSc in life sciences/Biology/Molecular Biology/Biochemistry or related field.
- Qualifications compatible with Massachusetts and/or New York CLIA General Supervisor classification (per CFR § 493.1461 ) are desirable but not required.
Experience:
- Experience with NGS techniques is required
- Experience with the Illumina sequencing platforms is highly desirable
- Minimum 2-year experience in a high complexity molecular diagnostic laboratory

DAY SHIFT OPENGING*** Summary of Job: Perform manufacturing batch processing tasks as specified in written procedures to support the production, packaging, and handling of materials at Semiconductor Technology, Marlborough, MA. The position requires strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
** Work Hours***
o Must be able to work all scheduled times of the shift rotation alternating 4 days on and 4 days off. The night shift is 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. The day shift is 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM.
§ For example: if the start of the work rotation is on a Monday, the individual would be scheduled to work Monday - Thursday. Then the individual would take the next 4 days off which would be Friday - Next Monday. Finally, the individual would be scheduled to start next rotation next Tuesday - next Friday. This pattern continues forward: 4 days on and 4 days off.
o If onboarded, training is required for the first 4 weeks and will be done on the day shift, Monday - Thursday (fixed days): 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
